Homosexual Marriage Referendum: no conscience vote because Politicians don't have a conscience

30 couples were drawn into faulty legislation, by the ACT's law to tie the knot. But on Thursday, the High Court in Canberra ruled that only the federal Parliament has the power to make marriage laws, declaring the ACT's same-sex marriage law invalid.
Mr Turnbull says it is likely a private members bill will be introduced to Parliament proposing a change to the existing law, which allows marriage only between a man and a woman. "I think it is very likely there will be a conscience vote agreed to by the Coalition party room," he said.
Is Mr Turnbull the leader of the Government or Mr Abbott?
"As to whether that would result in the bill being passed, it's probably a bit early to say because the new Parliament, there's a lot of new members. But I think there is a reasonable prospect of a change to the law in this Parliament."
The problem is that politicians conscience can't be trusted because they don't have one. This must go to a referendum. Mr Turnbull says jurisdictions across the world are making changes to marriage legislation.

Now look at Turnbull's logic: "I just note that if you look around the world you know the big English speaking countries we feel ourselves culturally close to, all of them now recognise same-sex marriage. New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and now about a third of the United States."
So the argument according to Turnbull: we're culturally close therefore we should have immoral marriage.
That has got to be the worse form of logic on the planet! What we have seen in culturally similar countries is politicians shoving through immoral homosexual marriage laws with great opposition from ordinary people. In New York Bloomberg paid $10,000 to three Republican to get the vote through. The people voted later on those three and they lost their seats.
We have also seen in culturally similar countries where immoral homosexual marriage has occurred, that gay zealots are still not pleased so they take to court people, businesses, schools, B&B's who disagree with homosexuality. They are also forcing kids as young as 8 years old to learn in class that immoral homosexual marriage is normal like all other marriages. People are being fired from jobs because no-one stands up against homosexual zealots, they do what Turnbull does tries to look appealing to his pro-homosexual electorate. Canada forced religious schools to promote homosexuality...force is the correct word.
