Tidal wave of ‘out’ LGBT candidates run for political office in 2nd year of Trump presidency

Image
Gay news sites are reporting that a tidal wave of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender ( LGBT ) candidates for various political offices will flood the United States in 2018.  For instance, forty-eight LGBT candidates  have already announced  they are running for various offices in Texas during this election cycle.   Perhaps the most high profile race is set to take place in Maryland, where convicted ‘transgender’ felon Bradley 'Chelsea' Manning is challenging Senator Ben Cardin for his seat in the United States Senate.   LGBT candidates, the majority of whom are running as Democrats, are hoping to benefit from President Trump’s current low approval ratings. Congress almost always loses seats to the opposite party of a newly elected president during the midterms.  “ Annise Parker , CEO of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund , predicted LGBT candidates endorsed by the organization in 2018 ‘are going to do well,’”  according to a report...

Transgender trendy - but reversals rising

Gender reassignment surgery has been available on the NHS for more than 17 years. It’s a treatment for those experiencing gender dysphoria, whereby a person recognises a discrepancy between their biological sex and their gender identity . Gender identity clinics are in place throughout the UK to provide support to those feeling distressed by the condition - but what happens when a trans person undergoes surgery and later decides to revert back to their original gender? READ MORE John Lewis gender neutral clothing labels faces public backlash Is it possible? Is it safe? And is it available on the NHS? These are not questions that are not easily-answered. Five phone calls and endless emails later, the details regarding what circumstances would allow for such a treatment to be carried out on the NHS remain muddled. It's potentially why some of those seeking “reversal” surgeries are heading to a clinic in Serbia , where Professor Misoslav Djordjevic ha...

How gays treat those who disagree with their left agenda

Australia: Prominent transgender advocate Catherine McGregor has been sacked from a high-profile role with human rights group Kaleidoscope Australia for speaking out against the controversial Safe Schools program. Ms McGregor has revealed that she was removed as a patron of Kaleidoscope, a not-for-profit group that promotes the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people, because of her views on the program. Kaleidoscope, whose inaugural patron was former judge Michael Kirby, is a staunch supporter of immoral LGBTQ Safe Schools agenda.  Although designed to prevent homophobic bullying in schools, the program has proved divisive because of the sexualised nature of some resources and its promotion of the contested idea that gender and sexuality are fluid.  It also promotes gay sex, gay marriage, gay immorality as normal. It completely ignores normal marriage, the Bible's view of marriage and teaches children to be agressive towards those who s...

Rainbow politics - child abuse in schools

Australia: The NSW government has ordered an investigation into the Education Department’s launch of an official teaching resource that urges teachers to “de-gender” their classroom language and promotes activities that encourage students to think about sexuality as “non-binary”, or existing on a continuum “like temperature or the weather”. Education Minister Adrian Piccoli yesterday ordered his department to withdraw the sexual and gender diversity resource for teachers, which appears to have been heavily based on the Safe Schools program. Alerted to its existence by  The Australian , he said he was “very angry” the resource had “got out”. “I have directed the department to take it down immediately and review the material and all links,” he said. “Safe Schools materials are only to be used strictly in accordance with the revised guidelines established by the federal government. I am furious this policy has not been adhered to and have demanded a full explanation...

Australia: Immoral disgusting LGBTI Teaching Resource Pulled From NSW Schools

Image
Australia: NSW Education Minister Adrian Piccoli has ordered an immoral disgusting educational tool encouraging immoral LGBTI sexual habits, methods and promoting of this immoral lifestyle in the classroom to be pulled from schools throughout the state. The official 17-page document, which is said to be based on the controversial 'Safe Schools' program, is aimed at encouraging teachers who have to ignore their own moral views to teach immoral LGBTI sex acts, gay sex websites, and other material which makes false claims about gay suicides and transgenderism healthy alternative lifestyle - whereas experts simply claim it is a mental health issue. The Minister was unaware of the resource -- despite the fact it was developed by his own department and was available online -- until it was brought to his attention by The Australian on Tuesday. "I have directed the department to take it down immediately and review the material and all links," Piccoli told the publicati...

No Gay Gene, No bron this way, No gay orientation - just political agenda!

There are two ways to challenge politically correct orthodoxies. One is to toss off outrageous remarks designed to épater les bourgeois. This requires little and accomplishes less. The other is to take the commanding orthodoxy, put it under a microscope, and dismantle it piece by piece. This is what Lawrence Mayer, an epidemiologist trained in psychiatry, and psychiatrist Paul McHugh have just done to the regime of gender and sexuality politics. In a lengthy report for the journal the New Atlantis, Mayer and McHugh survey a broad expanse of the scientific literature on gender and sexuality and demonstrate that much of what has been foisted on the culture in recent years in the name of science has little solid basis in scientific research. Their conclusions: (1) "The understanding of sexual orientation as an innate, biologically fixed property of human beings—the idea that people are 'born that way'—is not supported by scientific evidence." And (2) "The hypoth...

Christian law school’s religious freedom ‘must yield’ to gay demands: Ontario appeals court

Image
Trinity Western University promised to appeal today’s decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal to allow the Ontario legal profession to exclude graduates from TWU’s proposed law school. In a case that pits core constitutional freedoms of religion, conscience, expression, and association against sexual expression, the appeal court backed the latter. Its ruling stated, “TWU can hold and promote its beliefs without acting in a manner that coerces others into forsaking their true beliefs in order to have an equal opportunity to a legal education. It is at that point that the right to freedom of religion must yield.” “This isn’t just a loss for TWU,” says Amy Robertson, a spokesperson for the private university. “This is a loss for all Canadians. Freedom of conscience and religion is the first of the fundamental freedoms mentioned in the Charter. It is deeply compromised by this decision, and everyone in Canada, religious or not, should be concerned. Canada is a diverse, pluralisti...

Seal of the RNC (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The Republican National Committee (RNC) is standing with pro-family advocates against the LGBT movement 's effort to allow transgender students to use facilities designed for members of the opposite sex. In an official resolution   passed last month, the RNC said it "encourages State Legislatures to recognize that these Obama gender identity policies are a federal governmental overreach, a misinterpretation of Title IX policies, and an infringement upon the majority of students' Constitutional rights." Additionally, "the Republican National Committee encourages state legislatures to enact laws that protect student privacy and limit the use of restrooms, locker rooms and similar facilities to members of the sex to whom the facility is designated." The resolution,   which was first reported on Twitter   on Wednesday by TIME's Zeke Miller, was quickly denounced by a Democratic National Committee spoke...
