Trump WH declines to recognize LGBT Pride Month

Image

(Photo credit: Wikipedia ) President Donald Trump has simply ignored what Obama and others have done - not recognized June as LGBT self-proclaimed immoral sexualized - Pride Month. The decision marks an end to two of his predecessors' errors of recognizing the month - where blatant immorality, nudity and aggressive homosexual antics are put in front of families, TV's and people and told to accept .  President Bill Clinton first recognized it in 1999 in commemoration of the Stonewall Riots of late June 1969, which many point to as the start of the immoral homosexual rebellion. Clinton again recognized June as Pride Month in 2000, but the practice was paused under the George W. Bush administration .  President Barack Obama picked it up again during his eight years in office, issuing June proclamations and hosting celebrations inside the White House . He approved LGBT lights to shine on t...

‘It’s absurd’: Rand Paul blasts Kim Davis’ jailing over gay ‘marriage’

Image
Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis has been arrested and taken to jail for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples this afternoon. After repeatedly refusing to give such a license to gays and lesbians, a federal judge found her in contempt of court and sentenced her to jail time rather than assessing a fine.  As she was escorted out of the courtroom to jail, homosexuals began chanting, "Love won! Love won!"  As the scene played out, her U.S. senator, Republican presidential hopeful Rand Paul , said the decision was unwarranted, violated religious liberty, and would further polarize the country on the issue of same-sex "marriage." "I think it's absurd to put someone in jail for exercising their religious liberty," Sen. Paul, R- KY , told CNN. "If you want to convince people that same-sex 'marriage' is something that's acceptable I would say try to persuade people" instead of using state force. He also warned...

Federal judge orders Guam to issue gay ‘marriage’ licenses starting Tuesday

Image
Mere weeks before the Supreme Court rules on the issue, a federal judge has  demanded  that the island U.S. territory of Guam issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.  Guam is the first U.S. territory to be put in this situation, joining the majority of the 50 U.S. states. U.S. District Court judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood, a George W. Bush appointee, issued the ruling Friday, notwithstanding the Supreme Court's expected decision at the end of the month on the constitutionality of redefining marriage.  Guam's governor, Eddie Calvo , opposes redefinition but declared, in light of Tydingco-Gatewood's ruling, "I have a solemn duty to uphold the law." Guam falls under the U.S. 9 th  Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled last year in favor of redefining marriage in Alaska, Arizona , California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington State.  However, at that time, Gov. Calvo refused to grant marriage licenses before hearing the...

YouTubers tell kid to kill himself for his view on homosexuality

Image
English: This protester was on his own and letting Minnesota state Senators know his position on gay marriage. This is freedom of speech in action. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Isn't it interesting how the politically correct in America proudly wave the banner of tolerance, yet hypocritically show extreme intolerance and hatred to anyone who contradicts their politically correct view?  Such is the case with the 12-year-old YouTube boy who expressed his belief that  gay marriage is wrong .  If you want to view the two minute, 11 second video that has as of 4/13/09 received 222,777 views, go to (the link is no longer available). The young boy asks if gay marriage is right, and then said it is wrong.  He said God invented male and female to get married and have children, and if you have a gay marriage then "that is kinda wrong."  He specifically said gays and lesbians were not bad people, but he did urge them to get married.  (He also informs us tha...

Many black pastors remain opposed to same-sex marriage

Image
W ASHINGTON - They love President Barack Obama . But when it comes to his support for same-sex marriage, some of the nation’s leading African- American clergy are divided, sometimes passionately. Meeting in Washington on Thursday, the Conference of National Black Churches couldn’t reach agreement. As a group, the only thing they found conclusive was that the Bible - Old and New Testament- presents no consensus when it comes to homosexuality. But most of the ministers, pastors and theological scholars expressed firm positions on marrying same-sex couples. "I love all homosexual brothers and sisters, but my discipline says I can’t marry them," said Bishop John Adams, an African Methodist Episcopal minister and former conference chairman. "Same-sex marriages are not being approved by the Christian community because it is a contradiction of creation. . . . The species continues by the procreation of male and female." Michael Eric Dyson , a Georgetown Uni...

Breaking: Court rules California amendment defending marriage is ‘unconstitutional’

Image
Image via Wikipedia SAN FRANCISO , CA, February 7, 2012, ( LifeSiteNews.com ) – This morning, a panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled by a 2-1 vote that a California constitutional amendment defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman is  unconstitutional . In an 89-page ruling that cited William Shakespeare and Marilyn Monroe , Judge Stephen Reinhardt wrote , “Proposition 8 serves no purpose, and has no effect, other than to lessen the status and human dignity of gays and lesbians in California, and to officially reclassify their relationships and families as inferior to those of opposite-sex couples.” In 2008, California voters approved the state constitutional amendment defending marriage by a margin of  52.5 percent to 47.5 percent . U.S. District Judge Vaughn R. Walker , who is in a long-term homosexual relationship,  ruled  in August 2010 that the measure “both unconstitutionally burdens the exercise of the fundamental right to ma...

A warning of Homosexual gay rights intimidations to come

Image
Image via Wikipedia The defense of the Defense of Marriage Act [DOMA] got a little more complicated yesterday as the law firm that the House of Representatives had hired to defend the law withdrew from the case.  As The New York Times stated bluntly, the firm dropped the case “amid pressure from gay rights groups.” The Atlanta-based firm, King & Spalding , had agreed to take the case, and one of its lawyers, Paul D. Clement , was to lead the legal effort to defend the constitutionality of DOMA, which defines marriage as the union of a man and a woman in terms of federal recognition. The law also prevents any state from being forced to grant legal recognition to a same-sex marriage performed in another state. Robert D. Hays, Jr., chairman of King & Spalding, released a statement in which he said: “In reviewing this assignment further, I determined that the process used for vetting this engagement was inadequate. … Ultimately I am responsible for any mistakes that occur...

Obama forces people against their conscience

Image
The Obama administration has revoked nearly all of the conscience protections put in place by the administration of President George W. Bush . The policy change came on Friday, and was released as a new rule from the Department of Health and Human Services .   As Rob Stein of The Washington Post reports, “The Obama administration rescinded most of a federal regulation Friday designed to protect health workers who refuse to provide care they find objectionable on personal or religious grounds.” In this case, “most” means almost all of the previous rule has been rescinded. Stein described the action by stating that the Obama administration had “eliminated nearly the entire rule.” All that remains are protections put in place previously covering medical personnel who object to abortion or sterilization.  Gone are all protections for those who object by conscience to abortifacient drugs and “emergency” contraceptives, the treatment of gay men and lesbians, and prescr...
