High Court rejects homosexual activist case

Image
The High Court has dismissed an appeal by a homosexual zealot seeking to sue a former Katter party candidate over homophobic comments. In 2016, Garry Burns was found to have no standing to pursue the matter in NSW Supreme Court because the alleged perpetrator was not an NSW resident. The candidate for Wannon , Tess Corbett, told Victorian newspaper, the Hamilton Spectator, in 2013 she did not want "gays, lesbians or paedophiles working in my kindergarten" and associated homosexuals with paedophiles. "Pedophiles will be next in line to be recognised in the same way as gays and lesbians, and get rights," Ms Corbett was quoted as saying and she is completely correct. Queensland Senate candidate Bernard Gaynor later endorsed Ms Corbett's statements and was suspended from the Katter's Australian Party . In January 2016 the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) found Ms Corbett's comments had vilified homosexuals and ordered her to publish an apolog...

PM Malcom Turnbull ignores 5 million Australians saying NO to immoral homosexual marriage

Image
TURNBULL AND HIS HOMOSEXUAL TEAM SHOULD BE VOTED OUT! When Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull declared that he cherished religious freedom even above the rights of same-sex couples to marry, many people took him at his word. However, that view has been marked down by the seeming greater political imperative to push through a marriage redefinition bill before Parliament rises for the end of the year. Why the rush? TURNBULL AND HIS HOMOSEXUAL TEAM SHOULD BE VOTED OUT! The PM has had such a horror stretch over recent months it has become apparent that he sees that a victory on redefining marriage will be, if not his saviour, at least his signature piece of legislation for the year. How foolish to think this way while 5 million want him gone. Indeed, it is likely that the entire Turnbull prime-ministership will be remembered for this one achievement – laws to permit two people of whatever sex or gender identity the legal right to marry. Immorality and insanity. Mr Turnbull seems re...

Australia: Homosexual marriage lies supported by Prime Minister Turnbull

Image
An appeal to my fellow conservatives: please stop congratulating that chap who has his boot on your neck. Even Tony Abbott did it, telling parliament on 7th December, ‘I congratulate the Yes campaign for its victory’ as if the debate about same-sex marriage was a cricket match, not a profound struggle for our families and freedoms. The Yes campaign shows no such magnanimity. Bill Shorten famously called No voters ‘haters crawling out from under rocks’ while Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews urged a rainbow crowd to ‘get mad and get even’. On the last day of debate, leaders of the Yes campaign in the gallery applauded a reference to ‘the erosion of religious liberty’, which they regard as a license to hate. This No voter has felt that boot on the neck: vandalism at work, multiple threats of violence, a vexatious case before the Anti-Discrimination Commission, a ban on my book by a major printer, and on it goes. Others have fared much worse, and the harassing of dissenters will onl...

Sydney mayor vows to make all gay weddings FREE -another politician another gimmic

Image
A Sydney mayor has vowed to make all gay weddings free if same-sex marriage is legalised by the upcoming vote. Labor's Darcy Byrne, who has just been appointed leader of Inner West Council , wants to give same-sex couples the opportunity to use public halls and community centres to house their nuptials for the first 100 days after the unions are legalised. The inner-west has one of the largest LGBTQI communities in Australia and Byrne is hoping the move will lead the charge for civil rights.  But others have responded negatively :  "When will politicians learn that changing traditional marriage is not about scoring points in popularity, offering free incentives to lead the way? Will the council also provide free facilities for normal heterosexual marriages, or is this reverse discrimination and a gimmick? Will facilities be offered free for Religious organization for 100 days?"

Christian persecution and Homosexual Marriage Activists

Image
Last week, two Christian preachers were summoned to Tasmania’s Anti-Discrimination Tribunal for preaching their faith’s stand on traditional marriage and homosexuality. Hobart pastor Campbell Markham and street preacher David Gee, from Hobart’s Cornerstone Church, were denounced by an atheist offended by, among other things, Markham quoting a verse from the Bible. We’ve seen this before. Hobart’s Catholic Archbishop, Julian Porteous , was two years ago ordered by this tribunal to tell by what right he spoke against same-sex marriage. How cowed the churches have been before this looming persecution, now picking off vocal Christians, one by one. Just this year, Sydney University ’s Student Union threatened to deregister the university’s Evangelical Union unless it stopped insisting members declare their faith in Christ. Meanwhile, same-sex marriage extremists bullied Coopers Brewery into taking down a video of a Christian MP Andrew Hastie debating same-sex marriage , and lobbied IB...

Religious organization and believers subject to fines and jail - LGBTQ agenda

Image
Australian parliaments regularly pass laws without sufficient protections for religious freedom . It is common for Australian courts and human rights officials, when having to decide between protecting religious freedom and any other claim, to decline to protect religious freedom. By way of example, Archbishop Porteous of Hobart was subject to an anti-discrimination claim for distributing a booklet explaining traditional Catholic teaching on marriage. Although ultimately discontinued, the court action was not dismissed as trivial or lacking foundation at the outset. And Christian Youth Camps (CYC), owned by the Christian Brethren , was successfully sued for discrimination in Victoria for politely declining a booking of its camping site by an organisation for rural gay and lesbian youth. The CYC declined the booking because it did not wish its premises to be used in the promotion to young people of a view of sexual morality at odds with the Christian Brethren faith. In 2013, a ...

Australia: Why are CEO's of large companies pushing immoral homosexual marriage?

Image
Business leaders, like all Australians, are entitled to one vote in the plebiscite on same-sex marriage, promised by the Coalition at the election last year. They also are entitled to voice their opinions, as are those who disagree with them. Using influential brand names to bolster their case, however, especially without the full endorsement of companies’ owners or boards, is problematic. As Joe Kelly reports today, at least some of the chief executives who signed the letter to Malcolm Turnbull , handed to them by the Australian Marriage Equality lobby, calling on the government to legislate for same-sex marriage “in the near term’’, were speaking personally. Many board members, shareholders, staff and customers of the companies the chief executives run will probably disagree. Immigration Minister Peter Dutton had a point when he said those who wanted to be politicians should run for election. The chief executives’ letter claims same-sex marriage laws would be good for employ...

LGBT quotas - really?

Image
Australia: Queensland Labor’s plan to set aside five per cent of winnable seats to LGBTI candidates risks alienating a large proportion of Queenslanders, according to the Australian Christian Lobby . ACL Queensland Director, Wendy Francis , said it would be difficult for Queenslanders to understand why the Labor Party had chosen to introduce a quota for LGBTI candidates at last weekend’s Queensland Labor Conference, but not ones for other segments of the community. The motion was put to the conference by Rainbow Labor, a powerful lobby group which advocates for LGBTI issues within the party. “The Labor Party is sending the message that it is more concerned with embracing Rainbow politics than providing policies that benefit all Queenslanders,” Ms Francis said. “The comments from Federal Labor leader Bill Shorten that ‘Labor is light years ahead when it comes to electing Australians from diverse backgrounds to office’ begs the question; ‘Why not have quotas for Christians an...

What’s behind the war on the innocence of children?

Image
Safe Schools (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Australia; Victoria has become the epicentre of a bizarre war on the innocence of children driven by an LGBTIQ agenda about which parents are kept deliberately clueless. In this week’s E-news you can read ACL Victorian Director   Dan Flynn’s responses to the latest revelations   about what will become compulsory through the so called “Respectful Relationships” program. Victoria is where the so-called “ Safe Schools ” program originated and “Respectful Relationships” draws from the same rainbow ideology. It is extreme sexual expressionism taught to high school students as normal all dressed up as an anti-domestic violence initiative. It is unclear how the normalisation of often degrading sexual acts helps in the war against domestic violence or helps boys learn respect for girls. In this week’s E-news we also release   a new paper that delves in detail behind the ideology that is driving “Safe Schools” and “Respectf...

Australian Politician: Susan Lamb and her faulty sodomy argument

Image
Australian Coat of Arms (adopted 1912) (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) A federal Labor MP has fought back tears while calling for homosexual marriage during an emotional maiden speech to Parliament .  Susan Lamb defeated former Coalition minister Wyatt Roy to win the seat of Longman in Queensland . She reflected on becoming a mother while still a teenager and praised her family — including her four sons — in the speech. But she said one of her sons did not have the right to marry under the current laws. "Those of us who are parents understand the innate instinct to fight against the unfair treatment of our children," Ms Lamb said. WHAT UNFAIR TREATMENT? "So today while I stand here incredibly proud to be a member of Parliament, I carry a sense of disillusionment that our laws treat the love of one son inferior to that of his brothers."  Based on this false logic - if two of her sons want to marry -each other -that also be unfair! A bother or sister can...

Australian Academic confuses traditional marriage arguments as homophobic

Image
Australia: Prime Minister Turnbull. The same-sex marriage debate turned nasty a long time ago by Karen Brooks This article is written by an academic K. Brroks who says:  "Reacting to Labor ’s reasons for blocking the plebiscite, primarily that it would fuel toxic debates potentially damaging the mental health of young people coming to terms with their sexuality, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull maintained that only a small minority would be “intemperate” and “cruel” about same-sex marriage. Turnbull’s wilfully ignorant insistence that the debate wasn’t going to become nasty would be offensive if he wasn’t right. It passed that milestone long ago." Karen Brooks then states the following; "The level of malice aimed at the LGBTQI community and the manner of crimes and social engineering of which they and their advocates are being accused, that’s what. It’s malevolent, misleading, and designed to cause maximum personal and cultural damage, often by representi...

Homosexuals make up their own marriage vows

Image
Every year, Des and Rex go to the restaurant where they had their homosexual encounter.. Like some homosexual men , they want to get married. They've already written their vows. The vows do not reflect the required statement of Australian law namely, the relationship is exclusive between a man and a woman for life. They have to reword it all to include romance and commitment. But unlike most couples, Des and Rex will have to keep waiting. Immoral homosexual marriage isn't legal in Australia and that's not likely to change anytime soon, as the government reached a deadlock over how to move forward.  "We can't wait much longer though -- Des is dying." Why? Homosexual Marriage doesn't bring equality to a brother and sister who want to marry? So it is not really about equality for everybody is it?  It is limited to only homosexuals. Most protests in Australia contain many young people who have no arguments to support homosexual marriage just a slog...

ALP’s anti-plebiscite drive reflects audacity of hate

Image
There is something rather dangerous about the gay marriage debate — and it is not homosexuality or marriage. It is the view widely held by our political Left that liberal democratic precepts can be overridden whenever they interfere with politically correct ideology. Not content merely to deny the democratic mandate of millions who endorsed the same-sex marriage plebiscite by voting the Coalition into power, Labor is sowing civil hatred as social order. The abysmal and divisive new ethos of Labor is the audacity of hate. I think it would be fair to surmise that the opposition’s legal affairs spokesman Mark Dreyfus doesn’t suffer from an excess of modesty. But even so, his idea that the government should “win over” Labor by compromising on the plebiscite bill is remarkably arrogant. The government has an election mandate to hold a plebiscite on same-sex marriage. Labor’s denial of it constitutes a repudiation of the will of the people. Having lost its election...
