The Great Transgender Mistake

Image
The great enemy of the radical transgender movement is science. Biological realities can be stubborn, and no amount of human tampering can change those realities. When it comes to compassion, we have plenty of that. We want to see people freed from their internal pain. We want to see them find a resolution for the emotional torment they’re experiencing. We want our friends and co-workers and family members, especially our children, to be happy. But no amount of compassion can change biological and chromosomal realities. That is why the transgender movement is starting to hit a wall. Science is against it. Again, as I’ve stated many times, we’re not talking about those who are intersex. That is, those who suffer from a biological or chromosomal abnormality. We’re talking about biological and chromosomal males who believe they are females or vice versa. Far More Research Needed, Doctors Say Now, physicians in England are speaking up. As the Daily Mail reported on July 6,...

Biology is not bigotry

Image
LGBT activists like to portray their small community as victims of bigotry, hatred, and harassment. They use that portrayal, with the help of their allies in the media, in a relentless push to force all of society to accept their skewed, false narrative about the intrinsic nature of men and women, and human sexuality. Consider these two cases currently in the news: Isabella Chow is a student at UC Berkeley in California and is an elected member of the campus Student Senate. She is also a Christian. LGBT activists presented a student resolution to express support for transgenderism. This is not something that Chow could do and maintain her beliefs that God made us male and female. So she decided to abstain on the resolution after issuing a statement that all people, including those who identify as transgendered, are entitled to God's love and should be free from discrimination. For this, she's been brutally attacked in the public square, yelled at on the way to class, conf...

How to respond to transgender ideology?

Image
The transgender war on cultural norms is not just about restrooms and pronouns. It's about denying biological fact and quotidian reality. It's about an epidemic of irrationality, a cultural contagion, a mass delusion claiming more victims every day. It's about silencing free thinkers who refuse to bow to the radical "gender" ideology. Absurd theories that deny scientific fact have been adopted by the mainstream press , the entertainment industry, the medical establishment , public schools , universities , corporate management , and government agencies . People who fear social isolation and charges of bigotry are following along. How do those of us still grounded in reality fight this insanity? Not with misguided "compassion" or compromise, but with straight talk and tough love. Let's not waste our time analyzing or answering absurd gender theories with logical rebuttals. Those ideas don't deserve that respect. And the useful idiots who swall...

‘I’m not going to modify basic biology’ that threatens ‘subjective’ reality: Ben Shapiro destroys transgender arguments

Image
Ben Shapiro expertly rebutted anti-science arguments on gender and abortion at one of his latest speaking gigs. In a video posted on the commentator's Facebook page , Shapiro answers questions about whether society should pretend that "men are women and women are men." He also calls out an abortion supporter for using rape and incest as an excuse to justify all abortions . "The idea that sex or gender are malleable is not true," he said. "And I'm not denying your humanity if you're a transgender person; I am saying that you are not the sex to which you claim to be. You're still a human being , and you're a human being with an issue that I wish you Godspeed in dealing with in whatever way you see fit." "But if you are going to dictate to me that I'm supposed to pretend – I'm supposed to pretend – that men are women and women are men, no. My answer is no," Shapiro continued. "I'm not going to mod...

Australia: Labor's Plibersek false homosexual marriage argument

Image
Australia: Federal Opposition Deputy Leader Tanya Plibersek in a confusing argument, tries to equate homosexual marriage as being identical to other social changes around heterosexual marriage.  In the past, there were social issues regarding heterosexual marriage: Aboriginal Australians marrying non-Aboriginals. Australian soldiers marrying Japanese after the war Catholics marrying Protestants But the understanding of marriage was between a biological male and biological female. Then she moves onto changes in women's roles: Working mothers and home mothers Single mothers in de facto relationships Kids removed from Aboriginal parents. But again, the understanding of marriage was between a biological male and biological female. She then seeks to imply that all these relationships can be grouped together under the definition of marriage or families. She said, "Families come in all different shapes and sizes. What matters is the lov...

What causes homosexuality, Peter Tatchell? It depends on which view is most politically convenient

Image
Last week in Parliament a meeting was held where four leading figures engaged in a lively debate on therapy for those with unwanted feelings of same-sex attraction. The debate focussed on the legitimacy of, and freedom to offer, ‘change therapy’ (more accurately SOCEs - sexual orientation change efforts ), which is aimed at altering the strength and direction of sexual feelings. Dr Michael Davidson of CORE Issues (who is about to undergo a disciplinary procedure for using it) and Canadian psychiatrist Dr Joseph Berger (who uses it regularly) were supporting change therapy. Psychiatrist Professor Michael King (who is its most vehement critic) and gay rights campaigner Peter Tatchell were against it. Although members of the mainstream press were present the debate has so far been reported only by  Christian Concern ,  Pink News  and  Gay Star News . Tatchell and King essentially argued that homosexual orientation was biologically caused and fixed, that change was...

No one is born gay

Image
This image shows the coding region in a segment of eukaryotic DNA. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) It is reasonable to assume that sexual behavior--in any and all of its manifestation—is directed by the activity of many, possibly hundred of genes. But the exact and specific type of sexual expression is also influenced by countless environmental forces that interact with the genes in complex ways (Hubbard, 1997; Ridley, 2003). Except for the rare physical abnormalities (such as Huntington’s Disease ) at the present time, there is no evidence of a direct causative link between a single gene and complex psycho-social behavior such as sexual preference (Collins, 2006). This is not my opinion but read any book on behavior genetics or molecular biology and the authors will unanimously agree that, at present, there is no gay gene. Lewontin et al. stated this explicitly: “Up to the present time no one has ever been able to relate any aspect of human social behavior to any  par...
