Obama illegally harassed pro-marriage group - handed donor information to gay activist group

Morally Corrupt EX- US President Barack Obama The American people have a right to expect that their government will treat them fairly and impartially. They expect the laws to be enforced uniformly without regard to creed, color or political ideology . But President Obama , and leaders of his administration at the highest levels, did not treat Americans fairly and impartially. When it came to conservatives , they regularly cheated, putting a thumb on the scales of justice, issuing countless illegal orders to advance their radical agenda. NOM has been at the forefront of fighting against President Obama's radical LGBT agenda . We've had some great victories, but much more remains to be done. Please help us continue to fight . Not only did Obama oppose what conservatives support, his administration systematically targeted conservatives for scrutiny, punishment and even banishment. His Internal Revenue Service under the leadership of Lois Lerner systematically targeted cons...

Five states join lawsuit against ObamaCare’s transgender mandate

Image
Five states joined Christian healthcare providers in a lawsuit against ObamaCare's new rules requiring sex-change treatment for transgenders, including young children. After mandating that all persons must be given the same basic care, a new Obama Administration "nondiscrimination" decree not only forces Christian hospitals and other healthcare charities to allow transgenders to use the toilets and intimate facilities of the opposite sex but could require transgender hormonal treatments be available upon request, regardless of the moral or religious convictions of the provider. Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, Texas, and Wisconsin joined the Franciscan Alliance, the Christian Medical Association, Specialty Physicians of Illinois, the Christian Dental Association, and other healthcare providers in the lawsuit. The new rules are a part of the ObamaCare mandate requiring coverage of abortion, sterilization, and contraception.  The federal weapon is the threat of withd...

Obama to force women’s shelter to admit ‘transgender’ men: report

Image
Barack Obama is set to finalize a federal rule requiring many women’s shelters to admit men who identify as “transgender,” potentially placing abused women and children at risk of being victimized again. If enacted, all homeless shelters – including battered women’s shelters – that receive federal funding would have to allow people to use the homeless shelter of the sex with which they identify, regardless of their appearance, anatomy, or the “complaints of other shelter residents.” Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Julián Castro  proposed   the so-called “Equal Access Rule” last October. Media outlets say it will become final next month. “[T]he provider may not ask questions or otherwise seek information or documentation concerning the person's anatomy,” nor refuse to allow anyone a bed “because the client's appearance or behavior does not conform with gender stereotypes,” it reads. Although the shelter “may consider...whether a particu...

Obama twisted Civil Rights Act to promote gay agenda: appeals court

Image
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has ruled that President Obama's redefinition of Title VII anti-discrimination law to include homosexuals and transgender persons is not actual or enforceable. The court ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act does not address workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. Hively v. Ivy Tech Community College   dealt with an adjunct professor at the school, Kimberly Hively, who claimed that the non-renewal of her teaching contract was because she was openly living as a lesbian.  Hively sued ITCC, but her   case   was dismissed in court because “Title VII does not apply to claims of sexual orientation discrimination, and therefore Hively has made a claim for which there is no legal remedy.” Hively appealed, but again, the appellate court ruled that Title VII does not deal with sexual orientation. The judges expressed sympathy for gay people losing their jobs, but the court decided to le...

Obama’s transgender decree is harming the military

Image
Joining a growing consensus of military leaders, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said President Obama’s decision to allow transgender people to serve openly in the military is bogging enlisted men down with irrelevant matters and social engineering. "Too often, way too often, our troops are instead are distracted by trivial matters, trivial matters about what words to use, what terminology is politically correct and what bathroom door to open up,” he told the Republican National Convention in a prime time speech delivered on Monday. “My God, war is not about bathrooms. War is not about political correctness or words that are meaningless." Flynn had been floated as a possible vice presidential candidate, but the party’s grassroots objected that the retired Air Force general was a   registered Democrat who supported abortion-on-demand   and redefining marriage, both positions at odds with the 2016 Republican Party platform . However, on this issue, he joins the majority of Rep...

Supreme Court gay marriage with strong opposing views

State bans on same-sex marriage are no longer legal in America, the US Supreme Court ruled 5-4 today. So the question becomes: How will gay rights and religious rights be balanced ? Below is what the justices said in today's majority opinion and four dissents, as well as a summary of related survey data. Essentially, the majority believe the First Amendment gives religious groups and people "proper protection" to "continue to advocate" their beliefs on traditional marriage. But the dissenters are more skeptical, and concerned that "people of faith can take no comfort" in the ruling. "Many who deem same-sex marriage to be wrong reach that conclusion based on decent and honorable religious or philosophical premises," acknowledges Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the majority in Obergefell v. Hodges , "and neither they nor their beliefs are disparaged here." He explains that while that "sincere, personal opposition" can...

Russell Moore on the Gay Marriage and the future tyranny

The Bible tells us that the king of Israel once wanted to hear from the prophets, as to whether he would be victorious over his enemies. All the court prophets told him exactly what he wanted to hear. Yet the king of Judah, wisely, asked whether there might be another voice to hear from, and Israel’s king said that, yes, there was, but that he hated this prophet “because he never prophesies good concerning me” ( 1 Kings 22:8 ). Once found, this prophet refused to speak the consensus word the king wanted to hear. “As the LORD lives, what the LORD says to me, that I will speak” (1 Kings  22:14 ). And, as it turned out, it was a hard word. When it comes to what people want to hear, the church faces a similar situation as we look to the future of marriage in this country. Many want the sort of prophetic witness that will spin the situation to look favorable, regardless of whether that favor is from the Lord or in touch with reality. Some peopl...
