India just made anti-biological homosexual sex legal

Image
Journalist, Jen Kirby of Vox equates India's capitulating to a small vocal minority of homosexuals - to legalize immoral non-biological homosexual sin as "century-old prohibition on gay sex."  Kirby continues then by associating immoral homosexual freedom with India's freedom from Britain.  "The ruling represents a hard-fought victory for gay-rights activists in India, who have been battling the law for more than a decade . But it’s also a symbolic break with India’s colonial past . The law, known as Section 377, dates to when the British Empire ruled India." LGBT advocates in the USA tried the same association arguments with the freedom fight of African Americans  -  fought for in the 1960's But homosexuality is not a race or a country. It is simply a non-biological anti-evolution emotional choice. To frame such changes as simply old useless colonial laws disregard the genuine disagreements that the damage being done by the militant hom...

LGBT agenda will not rest until they force everybody to believe their agenda

Image
Having convinced over half the country that they're absolutely right in every way, they just can't settle for the minority of American Christians who still go by scripture. This is ligbitism at its core: If anyone doesn't like the LGBT agenda right down to gestational surrogacy and buying babies, then the ligbitists aren't happy. They need global transformation and control over every possible social institution in the world. They can't let the churches alone. They must conquer. These are the modern-day conquistadores, with grant applications instead of petitions to the crowns of Europe , with their own blacklists and inquisitions in the form of "discrimination investigations," and with the guns of the military and the spies of the US government now at their disposal. Juridical power precedes theological power. The ligbitists are careful to leave behind an ironclad legacy of court transcripts, proving beyond a doubt that people are born gay, that the l...

What underlies homophobia: the demand that discourse be structured to respond to delicacies, sensitivities, and ambitions of heterosexual middle-class white men

Rainbow flag. Symbol of gay pride. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) David Blankenhorn posted some comments about me, and Maggie Gallagher has asked me to respond. Here are my two cents in italics: Here is my response: I do not know much of David Blankenhorn's life, even less of his deeper motives. The issues on which he has asserted a stake in the conversation are, I would remind him, not leisurely and slow for all of us. For some of us, engaging in a polite conversation would mean passively turning away from the danger posed to others. The striking words he uses are that he finds in in my voice nothing that reminds him of shared humanity or the complexities of experience. Much of what I write, especially of late, is about the experiences of people other than myself: the activists in France , the forgotten people in the US who write to me, the surrogate mothers in India , poor students in Belgium , etc. By contrast, his comment below revolves entirely about himself. The only thi...

India Supreme Court rejects appeal of recently upheld ban on ‘unnatural sex’

Image
NEW DELHI,  – India ’s Supreme Court has thrown out an appeal launched over its decision last month upholding the country’s ban on “unnatural sex.” The Naz Foundation, a UK-based homosexual activist group that promotes and attempts to legalize homosexual behavior in South Asia, had sought a review of the court’s Dec. 11 th  decision. But in a  ruling  Tuesday, the Supreme Court said they “see no reason to interfere” with their ruling, so the petition for a review was “dismissed.” The statute in question, Section 377 of the Penal Code, has been criticized by homosexual advocacy groups for violating their rights. But it does not specifically mention homosexuality, targeting instead all sexual offences deemed unnatural. It reads: "Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten year...

The link between rented wombs and gay marriage

Image
August 2, 2012 ( Mercatornet.com ) - A TV show called  The New Normal  will have its premiere on NBC in the US soon. It’s about a gay couple and the single mother they engage to have their baby. “She’s just like an easy-bake oven except with no legal rights to the cupcake,” the surrogate-mother broker tells Bryan and David. This is a hard-nosed description of the woman’s role in gay marriage and child-rearing, but it sums it up accurately. In heterosexual relationships, the birth rate rises when couples are married. One would expect similar dynamics to apply to same-sex couples . For lesbian couples, this is not a huge problem; all they need is a sperm donor. But male couples need surrogate mothers. Where will these women come from? Unless the law of supply and demand is repealed, the answer is: where wombs are cheapest. At the moment, this is India , where surrogate motherhood has become a $2.3 billion industry, with the enthusiastic encouragement of some s...
