The indiscriminate weaponization of the term ‘anti-gay’

Image
Folks around the world rightly recoiled in horror when it was revealed that the Muslim nation of Brunei would enact a Sharia-based law condemning gays to be stoned to death.     Major news outlets reporting on the story used the term “anti-gay” to describe the neanderthal measure. Here are some of the headlines from the last few days: CNN:  Brunei's new anti-gay law goes into effect this week. Here's how the world is reacting BBC:  Brunei implements stoning to death under anti-LGBT laws AP:  Germany protests to Brunei envoy over anti-gay law plans The Guardian:  UN joins Clooney in decrying 'inhuman' Brunei anti-gay law USA Today:  Ellen DeGeneres, other celebs boycott Brunei-owned hotels as a law against gay sex goes into effect Los Angeles Times:  L.A. city leaders call for a boycott of 2 hotels over Brunei’s anti-gay laws “Anti-gay,” however, is the same term that mainstream media, progressives politicians, an...

Muslims force pro-LGBT lessons to shut down after pulling hundreds of kids from UK school

Image
Progressives in the United Kingdom are learning the first of what may be a series of uncomfortable lessons: Not all of the immigrants they champion share their values.  In Birmingham, The Guardian reported this week, a programme to teach British primary school children about LGBT issues at Parkfield community school was shut down after 600 students were withdrawn by parents angry that their children were being “brainwashed” by lessons that were undermining their parental rights and “aggressively promoting homosexuality.”  The vast majority of the parents were Muslim, although the school refused to confirm the precise number of children that were pulled. Assistant Head Andrew Moffat, who is in a gay civil partnership, was accused by parents of attempting to promote his own personal views on LGBT issues to children via the “No Outsiders” programme.  FOUR-YEAR-OLD KIDS INDOCTRINATED IN LGBT SIN Children between the ages of four and eleven were read books su...

Muslims halt pro-gay curriculum in UK school by gay Headmaster

Image
LGBTQ lessons have been halted at the Parkfield Community School in Birmingham, England, following weeks of controversy and backlash from angry Muslim parents. The move came after 600 students, about 80% of the school population, were reportedly yanked out of class by furious Muslim parents who objected to having LGBTQ ideology “aggressively” taught to primary school children. The "No Outsiders" curriculum has been suspended until after Easter at the school while consultations with parents continue. Pupils were taken from class, according to Alum Rock Community Forum , because the curriculum was “undermining of parental rights and aggressively promoting homosexuality.” Parents have objected especially to the gender identity portion of the curriculum. The trustee board of Excelsior Multi Academy Trust, which operates the school, confirmed in a letter that LGBTQ lessons would be halted until the end of April. The letter called on parents to ask children about "No Outsid...

Ex Australian Politician Amanda Vanstone - crazy argument for homosexual marriage

Image
Vanstone: In one very real sense the upcoming vote to allow, or not, same sex marriage isn't about that at all. It's about whether we believe that we have the right to dictate how others live their lives. The answer is no . The Government already dictates the age of the person you can marry. You can't marry your father or mother. We already dictate what is acceptable for marriage. We also jail pedophiles - we dictate to them they cannot have a sexual relationship with a child.  So Amanda, the question is really about homosexuals and lesbians - who are both biologically incompatible (infertile) which goes against common sense, evolution, and the very purpose of marriage - should they marry? NO . Should children marry? NO. Why shouldn't kids marry? Because they are too young immature. We all accept that but homosexual and lesbians dont even match biologically.  Vanstone: It's about whether we will let those gay people who choose to, have their ...

Canada ’s Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau marched with his wife and two children in Toronto’s Pride Parade on Sunday, accompanied by Ontario ’s openly lesbian Premier Kathleen Wynne .  Prior to the parade Trudeau, who calls himself Catholic, wished Muslims a “Pride Mubarak ," referring to a Muslim religious holiday coinciding with the day of the parade in which Muslims celebrate the end of the holy month of fasting.  “This [Pride Parade] is all about including people, which is why today on Eid al-Fitr I’m happy to wish a ‘Pride Mubarak’ [Muslim for ‘Blessed Pride’] to everyone as well who is celebrating of the Muslim faith,” said Trudeau.  “It’s all about how we celebrate the multiple layers of identities that make Canada extraordinary and strong. Today we celebrate with the entire LGBTQ2 community,” he added.  For the event the Liberal leader wore rainbow colored socks that had the Muslim words “ Eid Mubarak ” [blessed celebration of the ...

Gay ‘marriage’ compromisers are ‘answerable to the Supreme Judge’

The Archbishop of Agana , Guam , a US territory located in the Western Pacific ocean , has sent out an appeal to the faithful, urging them to hold fast to their Christian faith in light of recent rulings that redefined marriage, both from the U.S. Supreme Court and from the Guam Legislature.   “I invite all the Faithful, including those in every branch of our local government, not to deny your faith, but to have the courage to be a witness to the truth: the truth about life, about man, about marriage and about family,” urged Archbishop Anthony Sablan Apuron in an   August 26 letter   titled “Guam Marriage Equality Act : A Defeat for Our Island and for Humanity.” Archbishop Apuron warned the faithful that supporting gay “marriage” while choosing not to defend real marriage is an action that they will one day have to render an account of before God. “As Shepherd of the local Church of Guam, I urge every person to be mindful that each of us is answerable to the S...

Muslim bakers don’t want to make your gay ‘wedding’ cake, either; where are the protests? (video)

Image
DEARBORN, MI , April 7, 2015 ( LifeSiteNews.com ) – Homosexual activists have painted Christian bakers, florists, and photographers as veritable hatemongers for refusing to participate in a same-sex “wedding” on religious grounds – but it is not only Christianity that teaches that homosexuality is immoral. In a new video, Steven Crowder discovered numerous Muslim bakeries refused to bake a cake for a homosexual “marriage” – and Crowder is calling homosexuals out for not being equally aggressive toward the Religion of Peace . Last week, Crowder posted an undercover  video  in which he visited several Muslim-owned bakeries in the Islamic hotspot of Dearborn, Michigan, posing as a man who planned to “wed” his boyfriend and wanted a cake made to honor their homosexual relationship. While a few bakeries were willing to create the gay “wedding” cake, “many of them were not,” Crowder reported. In the video, Muslim bakery employees can clearly be seen and heard refusi...

Why ddid a government funded TV station: SBS ban marriage advertisement during Homosexual mardi gras?

Image
A lot has happened since our letter to you on Saturday 7 March, as the first television ad in our marriage campaign, ‘Think of the Child’, was broadcast in Sydney as the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade got underway. Since then our ad, “What about Equality for the Child?” has been seen  over half a million times  on YouTube -   http://youtu.be/s80wL5al5NA .   It was the #1 video on YouTube in Australia for most of last week. Mess after Mardi Gras, Sidney, Australia (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) With the Senate set to debate Senator Leyonhjelm’s  Right to Marry Bill   next Thursday , AMF must keep putting out there the child-centred case against gay ‘marriage’ and gay adoption / surrogacy. ENGAGE THE DEBATE The Mardi Gras Parade, that decadent political protest march with its “marriage equality” float, was certainly the right time to place our gentle counter-protest. That decision, and the subsequent decision by SBS to ban our ...
