South Australian Labor politicians ignore the law and try to force immoral homosexuality onto population

Flag of South Australia featuring the Piping Shrike (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) A bill to allow for same sex marriage in South Australia is almost certain to face a High Court challenge even if it passes the parliament, its key backer says. Labor MP Susan Close, introduced the bill on Thursday, partly to mark the birthday of her brother who is gay. Should a personal moral agenda dictate  to the rest of the State? Do these politicians do any work, do they represent themselves or their community or their own biased opinions? She strongly supports the reforms but concedes the issue will ultimately be determined by the courts. 'It's not a constitutional problem in the sense that it's perfectly okay for a state to have legislation relating marriage. The issue will only be if the High Court determines that the commonwealth has covered the field in defining marriage as between a man and a woman. SA Parliament wants to force homosexual immoral agenda on Australia

(Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The South Australian parliament has backed the idea of same-sex marriage ahead of a move to introduce legislation which is in violation of the Federal Marriage Act. Parliament's upper house on Wednesday passed a motion congratulating New Zealand on its marriage equality laws. Introduced by Labor MP Gerry Kandelaars , it passed by just one vote, with the support of two members of the Liberal opposition. One vote is not a majority and says nothing about the support of immoral homosexual marriage . It does speak of a moral lack and discipline with the Liberal party seeking to be immorally trendy. The vote came ahead of Thursday's introduction of a bill in parliament's lower house to introduce same-sex marriage laws in SA which has no authority to do so as it is a Federal Act not state based, hence the SA parliament is trying to force its immoral legislation down everybody's throat then embarrass those who don't ...
