Church must be united against LGBT propaganda

Image
“Pride Month” has come to an end. And for the first two days of July, the first readings at Mass told the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. I’d call that a coincidence — if I believed in coincidences. Just after the middle of the month, Joseph Sciambra posted a very provocative comment on his Facebook page. Sciambra knows whereof he speaks; having once been caught up in the homosexual underworld, since experiencing a conversion he has made it his special mission to reach out to homosexuals, helping to heal their wounds. And they are wounded. The grotesque excesses on display at “Gay Pride” events are evidence that these people need help. Sciambra observes: "But there is a far greater evil (than any 'Pride' Parade) that goes largely unchecked and mostly unchallenged in the Catholic Church: the ongoing problem of priests and prelates and their lay underlings who openly disseminate their own spin on LGBT propaganda. What makes their actions grossly evil — is that they do s...

LGBT zealots again criticize Dr. Ben Carson for comment about transgender people being a mental health issue

Image
LGBTQ zealots are calling Housing and Urban Development Department Secretary Ben Carson ’s remarks about transgender people discriminatory and inaccurate. Yet Ben Carson is also a medical doctor and know well that transgenderism is a mental health issue. He has explained before that men do not have a uterus, menstrual pain, you cant change your DNA - external changes do not change your sex - this is simply a confused person who does not know who they are.  “There are some women who said they were not comfortable with the idea of being in a shelter, being in a shower, and somebody who had a very different anatomy,” Carson told a House Appropriations subcommittee during testimony on Tuesday. Carson’s comments came in response to an inquiry posed by Rep. Mike Quigley , D- Illinois , about the removal of materials designed to prevent discrimination against LGBTQ individuals from HUD’s website. But in reality such brochures reinforce a non-scientific idea of what is transgender...

BETSY DEVOS WILL NO LONGER ASSIST TRANS STUDENTS' BATHROOM RIGHTS - AS THIS IS A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE NOT TOILET RIGHTS

Image
Education Secretary   Betsy DeVos  has been abused by LGBT rights advocates for refusing to protect  transgender students denied access to bathrooms and lockers based on their gender identity . LGBT people believe they have toilet rights. During a House Appropriations subcommittee meeting on Tuesday, Republican representative Mark Pocan asked DeVos how the Education Department planned to respond to complaints put forward by trangender students regarding this issue. Transgenerderism is a mental health problem - not to be celebrated but to be treated. A mental health condition is not a right.  An LGBT zealot sought to clarify DeVos' stance after  the Trump administration last year withdrew   Obama -era federal immoral and illogical protections for transgender students at public schools allowing them to use facilities that matched their chosen gender identity. Last month, a spokesperson for the Education Department said it would...

Trump issues order supporting ban on many transgender troops, defers to Pentagon on new restrictions

Image
President Trump issued an order late Friday that supports a ban on many transgender troops, deferring to a new Pentagon plan that essentially cancels a policy adopted by the Obama administration . The decision revokes a full ban that Trump issued last summer but disqualifies U.S. troops who have had gender reassignment surgery , as recommended by Defense Secretary Jim Mattis. “By its very nature, military service requires sacrifice,” Mattis wrote in a memo to the president that was released Friday. “The men and women who serve voluntarily accept limitations on their personal liberties — freedom of speech, political activity, freedom of movement — in order to provide the military lethality and readiness necessary to ensure American citizens enjoy their personal freedoms to the fullest extent.” Current transgender service members who have not undergone reassignment surgery should be allowed to stay, as long as they have been medically stable for 36 consecutive months in their ...

LGBT - Religious liberty bill, unthinkable during Obama presidency

Image
Republican senators have breathed new life into a religious liberty protection bill, the passage of which was deemed hopeless while Barack Obama occupied the oval office. The newest version of the bill, however, also contains language that labels support for same-sex “marriage,” as long as recognized by federal law, a “religious liberty” issue like belief in man-woman marriage. On Thursday, Sen. Mike Lee , R-UT, reintroduced  The First Amendment Defense Act (FADA). It is a bill designed to prevent the federal government from discriminating against individuals or institutions based on their beliefs about marriage. “What an individual or organization believes about the traditional definition of marriage is not – and should never be – a part of the government’s decision-making process when distributing licenses, accreditations, or grants,”  said Sen. Lee . “And the First Amendment Defense Act simply ensures that this will always be true in America – that fed...

Help save Georgia adopted Kids from LGBT activists who want religion gone!

Image
As you may have read in news, late last week Georgia’s lawmakers passed a critical bill,  SB 375 , or the “Keep Faith in Adoption and Foster Care Act.” The purpose of the bill is simple: to prevent discrimination against faith-based adoption and foster-care agencies that believe that marriage, the basis of family, is solely between a man and a woman, and that therefore only place children in intact homes with a loving mom and dad. The proposed law prohibits the denial of grant funding to faith-based agencies based on their beliefs on marriage, and provides additional protections. I know this takes a bit of time and effort, but it is  absolutely critical  that these lawmakers  hear from you today  and know that you support this common-sense policy. It’s simple:  moms and dads aren’t interchangeable . We at NOM have been saying that for years. But in the wake of  Obergefell , when the Supreme Court illegitimately placed a lie about marriage into o...

Jordan Peterson urges parents to fight radical sex ed: It’s ‘a form of indoctrination’

Image
Schools are pushing Ontario 's sex ed curriculum on students in a “completely reprehensible” way,  Dr. Jordan Peterson  said in an interview with parental rights advocate Tanya Granic Allen, who is running to be the leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario . If parents don’t approve of what their children are being taught at school, then “don’t send them to the classes,” Peterson said forcefully. “Keep them at home,” he suggested. “And take the consequences.” Peterson said so many parents oppose the graphic sex ed program that the small group behind it won’t be able to do much. Parents who refuse to let their children be subjected to the program launched by Kathleen Wynne 's Liberal government “may find that you have a lot more support than you think.” “If you don’t stand your ground, then all that happens is people push you backwards,” he said. “If you wanna be pushed backwards, then go along with it.” Parents “have to decide what’s impo...

Kansas Republicans vote to ‘oppose all efforts to validate transgender identity’

Image
Bucking the nation’s politically correct transgender tide, the Kansas Republican Party voted this weekend to “oppose all efforts to validate transgender identity.” The resolution affirms “God’s design for gender as determined by biological sex and not by self-perception.” While the Kansas GOP ’s resolution attests to the dignity of all LGBT people , the statement also makes clear that it does not support medical procedures––hormonal or surgical––which aim to affirm people’s perceived, non-biological gender identities .   One intent of the resolution appears to be aimed at counteracting pro-transgender efforts now underway in Kansas’ public school systems. “Some Kansas public schools are encouraging parents and teachers to affirm the feelings of children experiencing gender dysphoria,” reads the approved resolution.  “And some Kansas public schools are allowing access to private facilities according to children’s self-perception of gender and not according ...

Felon and LGBT activist Bradley ‘Chelsea’ Manning runs for US Senate

Image
Bradley “Chelsea” Manning, who was convicted of violating U.S. espionage law and received taxpayer-funded “sex change” hormones in military prison, announced that he is running in the Democratic primary for a U.S. Senate seat. Manning  came to fame after leaking over 700,000 secret and/or sensitive U.S. government documents to WikiLeaks . He was court-martialed in 2013 and sentenced to 35 years in prison. Manning began that sentence at the United States Disciplinary Barracks , a military prison in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas before President Obama commuted his sentence in 2017. Obama left office shortly after doing so. “It is incredibly ironic that a person who has betrayed his country is now considering running for the U.S. Senate, as is the case with [Bradley] Chelsea Manning ,” Lt. Gen. (ret.) Jerry Boykin, Executive Vice President of the Family Research Council, told LifeSiteNews. “Manning has done tremendous damage to America and should be serving the remainder of his...

Lesbian behind Disney cartoon pushing LGBT to preschoolers: ‘We’re political’

Image
One of the creators of a Disney cartoon that promoted same-sex "marriage" to preschoolers has admitted that they specifically aim to promote political messages on the show. We're political on DocMcStuffins. We believe n fighting for what is right. Meet our composers @mlewey and @kayhanley https://t.co/czXRs64xW9 — Chris Nee (@chrisdocnee) June 26, 2017 This corroborates statements Doc McStuffins writer Chris Nee made in a 2012 interview with AfterEllen.com . She said part of what she's doing with the show is making sure the characters are "accepting." The show is about an aspiring doctor who "fixes" toys. "I've never been anything but accepted in the world of writing kids' TV but I was surprised that Disney has been so beyond willing and excited to sort of publicize this part of my life and this part of who I am," she said. "That’s progress!" "My son [Theo] has two moms and it's a huge part of my life...

Federal Civil Rights Law Does Not Protect Gay Employees

Image
The Department of Justice filed an amicus brief in the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals arguing that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 does not prohibit discrimination against gay and bisexual employees. The DOJ’s brief was not solicited by the court or any party to the case. Rather, the Trump administration elected to weigh in with a pro-marriage stance, arguing that immoral homosexual Americans have no protection against workplace discrimination under federal law. Its decision is unsurprising in light of Attorney General Jeff Sessions ’ vigorous opposition to the immoral lust based LGBTQ agenda. Title VII does not explicitly outlaw sexual orientation discrimination in employment. However, it does forbid “discrimination … because of sex.” which the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission incorrectly has stretched the meaning of sexual discrimination  to include immoral homosexuality.  Some Federal courts have agreed , and in April, the 7th U.S. Circuit Co...

Trump’s pro-life Army Secretary now bows out amid LGBTQ witch hunt

Image
Dr. Mark Green, President Trump ’s choice for Secretary of the Army , withdrew his nomination today amid an escalating cascade of  LGBT and leftist attacks  portraying him as “hateful” based on distortions of his past statements. “It is with deep regret I am withdrawing my nomination to be the Secretary of the Army,”  Dr. Green  said in a statement, reported by  The Hill . He blamed “false and misleading attacks” against him and said he did not want to become a distraction. “I am honored that President Trump nominated me for this position. I appreciate his support and confidence in me, as well as that of [Defense] Secretary [James] Mattis and many others, and their desire to Make America Great Again by preparing our military to face the many challenges in the world for the safety and security of our nation,” said Dr. Green, according to The Hill. This is the second Trump nominee for Secretary of the Army to step aside. In February, his first choice,...
