Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore is running for Senate to 'make America good again'

Image
Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, who was ousted from his position last year after leading a judicial revolt against immoral homosexual, announced plans Wednesday to run for U.S. Senate . “My position has always been God first, family, then country,” Moore said in a short news conference outside the Alabama State Capitol in Montgomery. “I know I share the vision of our President Donald Trump to make America great again…. Before we can make America great again, we’ve got to make America good again.” The conservative 70-year-old Baptist, dubbed the “Ayatollah of Alabama” by the Southern Poverty Law Center (who gives them the right to judge and label people?), announced he will join the crowded Republican field for the special election to fill the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions . The seat is currently held by Luther Strange, a former state attorney general who was appointed by then-Gov. Robert Bentley to replace Sessions in February. Yet after Bentley was ...

Pastors say no to homosexual sin

Image
We have a responsibility to “hold fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching” so as “to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict” (Titus 1:9).  While it is possible that some may view the Bible's position on homosexuality as inflammatory, unloving, or even unchristian, the opposite is actually the case. In accordance with Titus 1:9, exhortation with the truth (sound doctrine) and the refutation of that which is false is a nonnegotiable duty for the Christian minister .  Christian ministers must instruct and refute. Some ideas are bad and wrong—these must be exposed for the health of the church and the honor of Jesus Christ . Beware of false accusations on both sides of this controversy. Pastors do not believe that every homosexual is a child molester or that homosexuality is the unpardonable sin.  Conversely, it must be acknowledged that our disagreement with homosexuality—in proclivity or in practice—as consi...

Our culture is drowning in the homosexual agenda

Image
Our culture is inundated—in print and on screen—with the idea that homosexuality is a normal, proper, and healthy expression of “love” between persons. This view has successfully infiltrated our TV sitcoms, magazines, bookstores, and coffee shops, but now we are being told that homosexuality—in either orientation or act—is something approved by God and therefore consistent with biblical morality. The growing number of proponents of this view tell us that the Bible (rightly understood, interpreted, or translated) does not condemn homosexuality and that it even contains examples of loving, committed homosexual relationships within its pages. We are witnesses of a desperate clamor to move the authority of the Bible to the side of those who claim that homosexuality is an acceptable, God-approved lifestyle. The call to receive homosexuality as a morally acceptable belief, or belief and behavior,1 is now being heard in the church and by the church. The volume of this call is increasing...

‘Gay sex’ is a lie. Let’s use this term instead

Image
Some of the phrases that I can’t stand writing as a pro-family reporter are “men having sex with men (MSM)” or “gay sexual relationship" or “gay sex.” And I’ll tell you why. It’s obvious on a purely biological level that two males or two females are utterly incompatible with one another when it comes to sex. The parts simply don’t fit together. Nuts and bolts go together. Radio waves and antennas go together. Heat and light go together. But two males or two females … nope, it ain’t happening. Ever. Any high school kid taking a biology course can tell you this . And I can’t stand writing phrases that suggest, even a little bit, that somehow the parts of same-sex couples do go together, because it’s a total lie. And reporters hate lies. Well, the other day I was listening to Cardinal Raymond Burke give a presentation in which he showed how acceptance of contraception led to people justifying all kinds of sexual activity as supposedly an expression of love.  Then he mention...

ITV defends Coronation Street's gay kiss after receiving outrage backlash

Image
"We approach the portrayal of homosexual relationships in the same way as heterosexual relationships." - YES -  from an immoral position. ITV has defended Coronation Street after some viewers reacted with disgust to an immoral homosexual romantic scene. During Monday's episodes, Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) and Todd (Bruno Langley) kissed on a hotel bed – but some viewers shared their outrage on Twitter.  @itvcorrie Homosexual scenes in #Corrie tonight were sickening. Most now tolerate this practice but we don't need it rammed down our throats ITV said that the soap did nothing wrong in airing those scenes, explaining that it does not discriminate against same-sex relationships. But doing nothing "wrong" is being defined by people who knows no difference between "right" and "wrong." Their wrong and right are morally corrupt. THEY EVALUATE ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN WARPED VALUES "We approach the portrayal of homosexu...

Transgender madness!

Image
Critics of the polarising Safe Schools program have stepped up demands for it to be axed after revelations several NSW students including a four-year-old preschool child have been receiving support with gender transitioning. Australian Christian Lobby spokeswoman Wendy Francis claimed a reported spike in cases of gender dysphoria, where someone’s biological sex doesn’t align with their gender identity, had followed the rollout of Safe Schools. “Safe Schools didn’t come in to address the problem, this is happening after the Safe Schools program has been introduced,’’ she said. “The thought that four-year-olds would be seeking to change their gender is madness. We are sacrificing our children to a rainbow ideology.’’ NSW Education Department deputy secretary of school operations Greg Prior revealed in parliamentary estimates this week a number of students were “going through gender transition in our schools, with the youngest being a four-year-old’’. He said Safe Schools was only one...

Australia: Politician Warren Entsch has no argument to support immoral Homosexual marriage

Image
Delaying a plebiscite on same-sex marriage is in danger of becoming a moot point for the Turnbull government. Unless it can win over Labor, any enabling legislation for a popular vote looks like going down in the Senate. Australian Federal cabinet, meeting in Canberra on Tuesday, is considering advice from electoral authorities that recommends against a plebiscite before February next year. Labor, the Greens, three senators from the Nick Xenophon Team and independent Derryn Hinch all oppose a plebiscite and their combined vote is enough to scuttle government plans in the upper house. The Australian population want to be able to vote on this immoral issue. Having watched other countries, Australians know that the LGBT agenda will not stop at marriage. It is brutal with LGBT people using courts and police to enforce their worldview. Fines, jail sentences, companies shut down due to LGBT pressure. "The plebiscite is pointless," Greens leader Richard Di Natale said. The Gre...

Pushing gender ideology on kids is child abuse: pediatricians group

Image
“Facts – not ideology – determine reality,” the American College of Pediatricians (ACP) said in a warning to legislators and educators about the dangers of surgical and medical sex change operations to children. “Conditioning children into believing that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse,” the physicians said, “Rates of suicide are twenty times greater among adults who use cross-sex hormones and undergo sex reassignment surgery, even in Sweden which is among the most LGBTQ – affirming countries.” The group, which aims at getting parents involved in their children’s health and education about health, said,  “Gender (an awareness and sense of oneself as male or female) is a sociological and psychological concept; not an objective biological one,” and that, “A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.” To the contrary, the group maintain...

Is the National Park Service ‘queering’ history?

Image
Americans love our history, historic sites and natural wonders, and since the time of Teddy Roosevelt have entrusted our government with their care. The National Parks Service (NPS) may be one of THE most trusted of all federal agencies. However, this trust may now be misplaced due to an activist culture within all federal agencies. In June, President Obama made good on his promise to name   Stonewall Inn , the Greenwich Village (then Mafia owned) gay bar considered ground zero for the modern LGBT rights movement, as the first National Monument to LGBT rights. Shocking as this may seem, the National Park Service has been quietly transformed from within by activist appointees and a pro-LGBT hiring policy drafted for federal agencies. In a preservation effort in northwest Georgia, our project was caught up in this vortex of LGBT “History” and the funding that is following it. Our story begins in 2010 at about the same time that a public/private partnership between the NPS and...

Judge Rules Roy Moore will remain suspensed for illegally fighting gay marriage

Image
A federal judge on Thursday refused to overturn the suspension of anti-gay Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore. Moore was suspended by a state commission after he defied the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on gay marriage. Specifically, Moore issued an order to Alabama probate judges instructing them that the state’s ban on same-sex marriage was still in effect despite the ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges. A long-time foe of marriage equality, Moore could be permanently removed from the bench because of his obstruction. U.S. District Judge Harold Albritton threw out Moore’s lawsuit against the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission with a brief order and an accompanying opinion that said the state judicial ethics case against the conservative Republican should move ahead without federal interference. The commission filed charges against Moore with the Alabama Court of the Judiciary, which has the power under state law to consider administrative cases brought against judges. Moore claime...

Australia: Orphans kids rights smashed by homosexual marriage

Image
The recent announcement by the Palaszczuk Government to allow single people and same-sex couples to adopt orphaned children ignores society’s obligation to provide them with a mother and father. “It is not like there is a shortage of married couples who cannot have children who would gladly provide orphans with the stability and nurture that comes from an adoptive mother and father,” the Australian Christian Lobby’s Queensland Director Wendy Francis said. “By removing supposed discrimination against LGBTI Queenslanders and single people, a new discrimination against children was being created. “This is particularly worrying because many of these children have already been dealt a blow in life,” Ms Francis said. “They are, through no fault of their own, without biological parents, and are in need of a new permanent family. To deny them a mother’s love, or a father’s care, is compounding their loss. “As we know, and social science proves, it is in the best interests of a child to expe...

Gay Agenda's Attacks on Christianity Leave Former Lesbian 'Frustrated'

Image
The body of Christ worldwide is challenged to respond to the issue of homosexuality. While the acceptance of homosexuality has accelerated faster in some nations than in others, the fact remains that Christians in all countries face the challenge of responding with love and truth to all those who struggle in this area. While damage has undoubtedly been done by the watering down of the gospel, immeasurable damage has also been done when truth has been preached in word only without corresponding actions, or has been spoken without love. Remembering that God is both grace and truth will help us to conduct ourselves as Jesus would: compassionately without compromising God word. With that being said, perhaps you heard about the two gay men who filed a lawsuit against Spark Network Inc. Their claim was that Christian Mingle (Christian dating site) violated their civil rights. Unfortunately, this is a never ending story. Some of the gay community has made it their mission to shut down Chr...

Homosexual Marriage: Should the church get out of the marriage business?

Image
The church can certainly get out of the marriage business if the  marriage business means the wedding business. The church can easily  get out of the wedding business, but it cannot get out of responsibility  for marriage. The church has a duty to uphold and honor marriage  because Christ himself demonstrated the importance and centrality of  marriage for human society .  The New Testament reveals that the church  must make decisions related to sexual morality , assign responsibility for  the raising of children , outline distinctions within the household, and  define the roles of a husband and wife . While these may not be interests  of the state, they are inescapably interests of the church. The church needs to clearly state it will not marry homosexuals but welcome them to come and confess their sin like everybody else.  Related articles Leaving Patriarchy in the Past (christianitytoday.com) Darwin's confessi...

Same-Sex Marriage Supreme Court Decision

Image
As a Christian how are we to think about this? To be honest, this decision did not surprise me, but I was disappointed. I had held out some hope that the constitution and not the winds of public opinion would win the day. But that was not to be. 3 Quick Observations About The Same-Sex Marriage Supreme Court Decision 1) The world has not ended, but make no mistake this will have significant cultural impact. There are 2 sides of this balance beam we can’t afford to fall off of. First, we need to remember that Christianity is still true, regardless of what is going on in a particular cultural moment. Our hope is fixed in Christ , not a cultural majority. We have an opportunity to love and engage. Let’s not miss that. The other way not to react to this news is to say it won’t effect me and my marriage and everything will continue on as it has. That is not true. And that will become more painfully evident in the days ahead–especially for children. 2) Whatever your views on same-s...

New Pro-Gay Legislation Would Authorize Persecution Of People Of Faith

Moving forward with a sweeping agenda they call "Beyond Marriage Equality " backers of redefining marriage have introduced new legislation, HR 3185, that would create special rights for gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered people and empower them to pursue legal action whenever they perceive an individual or businesses has " discriminated " based on " sexual orientation or gender identity ." Sponsored by the grossly-misnamed Human Rights Campaign special interest group, HR 3185 is breathtaking in its scope. It would allow gay and lesbian activists to persecute Americans in virtually every area of society — in employment, public accommodations, housing, credit, and a dozen other areas of civil life. Wherever federal law prohibits racial discrimination, it would also prohibit "discrimination" based on "sexual orientation and gender identity." The legislation puts in the crosshairs anyone who believes God created people male and...
