New study ‘explodes’ narrative that people are born ‘gay’

Image
The findings of a recently published study explode the false narrative that being “gay” is an innate condition that is controlled or largely compelled by one's genetic makeup.   Rebutting decades of search by LGBT scientists for a "gay gene," the study's first author flatly concludes "it will be basically impossible to predict one’s sexual activity or orientation just from genetics.”   This is putting it gently.   The study found that a person's developmental environment -- the influence of diet, family, friends, neighborhood, religion, and a host of other life conditions -- was twice as influential as genetics on the probability of adopting same-sex behavior or orientation, and that the genetic influence did not come from one or two strong sources but from dozens of genetic variants that each added a small increased propensity for same-sex behavior. A genetic arrangement based on a large number of markers across the genome means that virtually al

Americans vastly overestimate the size of the LGBT population

Image
In what is a testament to the marketing acumen of LGBT lobbyists and promoters, U.S. adults, on average, continue to believe that about 25% of the population is gay or lesbian,  more than five times the actual number . Overall, a full 90% believe in an inflated number, with 54% of Americans estimating that gays and lesbians constitute more than 20% of the population, according to a  June 17, 2019 Gallup poll . Only 8% of those polled come close to accurately estimating the LGBT population. Gallup Report, June 27, 2019 / Screenshot “Overestimations of the nation’s gay population may in part be due to the group’s outsized visibility,”  suggests  Gallup, citing a GLAAD report that found that 8.8% of primetime TV characters are LGBT.    Overlooked Gallup Data Tell a Bigger, More Important Story This most recent Gallup report was issued one day after the fourth anniversary of the Supreme Court’s  Obergefell  ruling which instituted same-sex “marriage” across the country. A-list gay couple ‘married’ by Justice Ginsburg arrested for rape of male student

Image
A prominent homosexual couple whose “marriage” was officiated by United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is being held pending extradition to Texas for the 2010 rape of a then-23-year-old male student. Renowned opera countertenor David Daniels, 52, and conductor Scott Walters, 37, were arrested on warrants issued in Texas charging both men with sexual assault of an adult, according to multiple reports. In a ceremony that generated much media attention, Ginsburg “married” the two men in 2014, but monogamy apparently has never been one of the long-time male couple’s strong suits. Samuel Schultz accused the A-list gay couple last summer at the peak of the #MeToo movement, which encouraged victims of sexual assault to step forward. “I was raped,” declared Schultz at the beginning of his online statement . He explained why he waited eight years to come forward.  Scott Walters and David Daniels, who were 'married' by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, h

Ginsburg  did the same for several homosexual couples  in the years before the court mandated that all fifty states recognize homosexual or fake “marriage,” leading many lawmakers, religious leaders, and pundits to  demand that she recuse herself  from the case for pre-signaling her personal view on the subject. She refused to bow out, however, and  Obergefell v. Hodges  declared a constitutional right to homosexual fake  “marriage” 5-4 in 2015. A 4-4 tie  would have allowed  the lower court ruling in the case to stand ( in this case  a Sixth Circuit ruling that states did not have to recognize same-sex “marriages”), but would not have set a binding precedent for the rest of the country. The 85-year-old Ginsburg, the subject of an  upcoming Hollywood movie , said in July that she has “about at least five more years” before she retires. Rising baritone singer Samuel Schultz has accused a prominent homosexual couple whose “marriage” was officiated by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader

Gay ‘marriage’ study faked data to help homosexual activists

Image
A December 2014 study alleged that homosexual activists, in a twenty-minute conversation, can change the minds of those who oppose redefining marriage. Six months later, the data to support the study has been revealed as fraudulent, and the study itself has been retracted. Titled " When contact changes minds : An experiment on transmission of support for gay equality," the study claimed that homosexual activists canvassing door-to-door in favor of redefining marriage could convert the people they spoke with – and that the interlocutors' epiphanies would not only last for a year, but also inspire members of their households to favor redefining marriage as well. The study, published in Science magazine, was conducted by Columbia University political science professor Donald Green and UCLA grad student Michael LaCour. Green initiated the retraction after discovering that LaCour's work comprised "an incredible mountain of fabrications with the most baroque and

LGBT activists celebrate 50th anniversary of law that legalized ‘sodomy’

Image
The British press has been leading the LGBTQ celebration of the 50-year anniversary of Great Britain ’s repeal of its anti-sodomy law , with all the predictable hurrahs that have come to characterize the media’s sycophantic coverage of the unnatural sex-and-gender movement. On July 27, 1967, the Queen formalized the House of Commons’ passage of the Sexual Offenses Act 1967 , which negated Britain’s historic anti-buggery law dating to 1533 and King Henry VIII . The Act decriminalized consensual sodomitic acts between men. ( Buggery is the British term for homosexual anal copulation, once universally regarded as a “crime against nature” in British and American law.) One Brit not drinking the lavender Kool-aid is eminent conservative historian Paul Johnson , who has a much different take on his nation’s sodomy repeal. Johnson describes below the destructive incrementalism by which the entire LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) grew in power in the U.K. and continues

Colombia officially recognizes threesome homosexual union

Image
A group of three homosexual men living in Medellín, Colombia have successfully registered their union with the federal government, according to local media reports. The polyamorous union, which the three refer to as a “trieja” (or “thruple” – as opposed to “pareja” or “couple”) was registered by the city as a “Special Patrimonial Regime of a Thruple” (“Regimen Patrimonial Especial de Trieja”) according to a document provided by the group to the Colombian magazine  Semana . Proponents of homosexual “marriage” have long  denied  that a redefinition of the marital bond would lead to polygamy. However, defenders of the natural family as well as Supreme Court justices , have  argued  that the claim that people have a “right” to “marry” whomever they wish implies the legalization of such unions. Although the union is not a “marriage” under Colombian law, it is a regime of inheritance rights that corresponds to what are called “unions of fact,” which correspond roughly to “common

North Carolina Republicans File Bill to Ban Same-Sex Marriage

Image
Three Republican lawmakers have filed a bill seeking to outlaw same-sex marriage within North Carolina . House Bill 780, otherwise known as the “Uphold Historical Marriage Act," says the United States Supreme Court "overstepped its constitutional bounds" when it negated an amendment of North Carolina's constitution in its 2015 landmark Obergefell v. Hodges case that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide. If passed, North Carolina's new bill would invalidate same-sex marriage, reportedly including marriages that have already been officiated — both in and out of the state — despite the Supreme Court's ruling. The bill's main sponsors are Reps . Larry Pittman , Michael Speciale , and Carl Ford , who in the filed bill cite a 61% affirmative vote for Article 14, Section 6 of the state's constitution that voided same-sex marriage and civil unions in 2012. No, Marriage Has Not Evolved — Until Now

Image
Same-sex marriage proponents say "marriage has evolved over time," but not in any way to support the changes taking place now. One of the most common reasons given in favor of supporting same-sex marriage is the claim that marriage has evolved over time.  In his majority ruling for the 2015 Supreme Court case Obergefell v. Hodges , Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote: The history of marriage is one of both continuity and change. That institution — even as confined to opposite-sex relations — has evolved over time. He argues that expanding marriage to include same-sex couples is the next logical evolutionary step. In support of this claim, Kennedy cites how marriage was once viewed as an arrangement and then became a voluntary contract between a man and a woman. And he also notes that the state used to legally consider marriage a male-dominated institution. As a result, he concludes: These and other developments in the institution of marriage over the past centuries we

Traditional marriage, Christianity and cowardice on the college campus

There appears to be a new trend in academia — invite a guest, bestow an honor and then publicly renege on the honor at the first whiff of controversy. The consequence of this approach is usually public humiliation for the honoree and an even-greater media kerfuffle than caused by announcing the award in the first place. For higher education institutions that pride themselves on “free thought,” it sure increasingly seems that "thought" can be bought by the highest-bidding alumnus who calls to complain. Indeed, the latest instance of higher education’s troubling moral equivocation took place in a rather unexpected locale — the Princeton Theological Seminary. After announcing that the Rev. Timothy Keller would receive the Kuyper Prize for Excellence in Reformed Theology and Public Witness, one of the school's most prestigious lectureships, the seminary received blowback because of Keller’s traditional views on marriage and female ordination. This week, the seminary

Enough is enough. There are bigger issues than gay marriage

Image
The Senate’s rejection of the February 11 people’s vote on same-sex marriage should be the time to draw a line under this long-running saga. Most Australians don’t rate it as a top order issue and, quite frankly, have had enough. Even gay marriage advocates of the Turnbull Government such as Tim Wilson , Trent Zimmerman and their fellow traveller Warren Entsch have rightly said there is no plan B. It’s plebiscite or nothing. This was the Coalition’s election commitment; failure to honour it would be a breach of trust. Gay marriage now remains gridlocked for years and few will be worried about this, apart from activists in the inner city areas of Sydney and Melbourne where rainbow flags adorn shop windows. Quite frankly there are bigger issues facing the nation. There is no popular clamour for a change to the Marriage Act. Even the left-leaning GetUp! organisation’s supporters consistently rate same-sex marriage way down their list of priorities, with it coming in at number

Homosexuality: The State as Ultimate Arbiter of Parenthood

Image
The State as Ultimate Arbiter of Parenthood Over and over, we are told that “permitting same-sex couples access to the designation of marriage will not deprive anyone of any rights.” That is a lie. When same-sex marriage was legalized in Canada in 2005 , parenting was immediately redefined. Canada’s gay marriage law, Bill C-38 , included a provision to erase the term “natural parent” and replace it across the board with gender -neutral “ legal parent” in federal law. Now all children only have “legal parents,” as defined by the state. By legally erasing biological parenthood in this way, the state ignores children’s foremost right: their immutable, intrinsic yearning to know and be raised by their own biological parents. Mothers and fathers bring unique and complementary gifts to their children. Contrary to the logic of same-sex marriage, the gender of parents matters for the healthy development of children . We know, for example, that the majority of incarcerated men did n
