LGBT groups file suit against Arizona law banning pro-gay messages in AIDS education

Image
A pair of pro-LGBT organizations have filed a lawsuit against a decades-old Arizona law that forbids public-school lessons on HIV and AIDS from including messages that endorse or promote homosexuality. The law, enacted in 1991, allows “instruction to kindergarten programs through the twelfth grade on acquired immune deficiency syndrome and the human immunodeficiency virus” and provides guidelines for what such programs must include or avoid. Among those guidelines is a ban on instruction that “Promotes a homosexual life-style,” “Portrays homosexuality as a positive alternative life-style,” or “Suggests that some methods of sex are safe methods of homosexual sex.” Equality Arizona filed a federal lawsuit Thursday against the law on behalf of an anonymous homosexual Tucson student, Tucson.com reports, with assistance from Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund. The suit argues that the law “violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment” by “singling out a class...

University prohibits ‘microaggressions’ against homosexuals and transsexuals

Image
Jesuit-run Georgetown University has instituted a policy allowing people to make anonymous tips against anyone they regard as having said something insensitive to their minority status, an offense known as a “microaggression.” The policy includes “microaggressions” against people based on their “sexual orientation” or “gender identity or expression,” making a possible target of Christians, Jews, Muslims, and others who reject LGBT ideology. The policy is being implemented by Georgetown’s medical school, whose “Office of Diversity and Inclusion” has posted a page entitled “What To Do About Microaggressions” on its website, and has initiated a propaganda campaign for the policy using posters placed on campus. The definition of a “microaggression” given by Georgetown is so vague and general that it appears that virtually any behavior or even circumstances in the environment might be interpreted as constituting the offense. Homosexual activist sues to have gay Frenchmen donate blood on demand

Image
Canada’s tainted blood scandal of the 1980s could be getting a sequel in France if a new lawsuit before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is successful. In 1997, Justice Horace Krever released a landmark commission report on systemic failures in Canada’s blood donation system that allowed approximately 2,000 Canadians to become infected with HIV from tainted blood in the 1980s. The report attributed the crisis to a variety of factors, one of which being the decision to import plasma acquired from high-risk populations in the United States. Despite this history, 48-year-old Laurent Drelon has filed a discrimination suit challenging France’s requirement that gay men abstain from sex for one year before donating blood, Yahoo News reports . The French Council of State upheld the rule last year. The one-year rule is itself a compromise from the country’s previous rule banning homosexuals from donating blood at all. But Drelon and his lawyer still find it intolerable. PLAYING W...

Homosexual couple play the victim & sue printer over $80 program

Image
Stephen Heasley and Andrew Borg, both immoral homosexuals from Australia , were offended and played the hurt victim card when they ordered their homosexual wedding programs. The wrong brouchures were sent.   They were accidentally sent pamphlets titled “Understanding Temptation: Fight the good fight of the faith,” which tells the truth of homosexual sin and how God sees and treats this sin. The brouchure outlined clearly how to avoid the degraded lifestyle choice of homosexuality and come to Christ in repentance. But because homosexuals reject all forms of natural law, biological design, and common sense - they believe their sexual desires are righteous and anybody who objects - they are happy to take to court, sue them and call them haters. The brochures were mixed up but that didn't stop them believing it was intentionally setn to them.  The programs were ordered online through Vistaprint. Borg and Heasley ordered 100 copies and paid around $80. They reali...

Nobody talks about -the ongoing gay health crisis

Image
There exists today a massive crisis within the “gay” community that is a direct result of the intense trauma, particularly in “gay” men, experienced during the height of AIDS epidemic. The current rather conservative swerve towards embracing, what queer theorists used to call “heterocentric norms,” by a small subsect of the “gay” community in their rush towards same-sex marriage, parenthood, and social responsibility, I argue is not a sign of progress, but of intense panic. For those of us , like myself, who lived through the 1980s and 90s, subconsciously, back then we all realized the “gay” experiment had failed us. I first saw this in the often myopic vision of ACT-UP and their repeatedly ugly and unfounded accusations against those who initially had very little to do with the rise of the AIDS epidemic. This hysteria of blame reached a violent apogee when  a 1989 demonstration  went out of control at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City : a group of protestors ...

University fires AIDS expert for testifying homosexuality is bad for public health

Image
KINGSTON, Jamaica , May 22, 2014 – A world-famous expert on AIDS has been fired from his job at the University of the West Indies after telling court officials in Belize that homosexual behavior is a threat to public health . Professor Brendan Bain, who until now served as director of the regional coordinating unit of the Caribbean HIV/AIDS Regional Training Network (CHART) at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, was fired Tuesday after more than 30 homosexual activist groups demanded he be removed from his job because of  testimony  he gave in 2010 in defense of Belize’s sodomy ban. Brendan Bain “As a physician and Public Health practitioner, one of my responsibilities is to assess behaviors for their health and well being,” Bain wrote at the time. “When something is beneficial, such as exercise, good nutrition, or adequate sleep, it is my duty to recommend it. Likewise, when something is harmful, such as smoking, overeating, alcohol, or drug abuse...

Equal love is just immoral sinful behaviour

Image
I have constantly to recalibrate the sense of unreality enveloping the marriage issue because the distance from reality seems to grow day by day. One of my touchstones is Richard Cohen’s column in the Washington Post , whenever he addresses the subject, as he just has again in his May 20 column. The occasion was the release of an HBO film, “The Normal Heart,” a movie version of Larry Kramer’s play about the beginning of the HIV-AIDS epidemic and the apparent indifference of President Ronald Reagan and New York Mayor Ed Koch. The air of unreality in this column could not be thicker. We begin, of course, with his experience of homophobia as a mere lad of 16, when some yahoo told him about how he beat up homosexuals with brass doorknobs. In benighted America of that time, Cohen tells us, “we knew of racism and anti-Semitism,” but were really unaware of homophobia. I grew up in the 1950s, but I don’t really remember it being okay to beat up anyone with brass doorknobs. I didn’t meet the...

‘Bringing people together’? Conservatives say gay ‘wedding’ at Rose Bowl was extreme

Image
WASHINGTON, D.C., January 3, 2014  – Pro-family activists are criticizing the Tournament of Roses Association (TRA) for letting two homosexual men use a float in the annual Rose Parade to conduct a gay "wedding" ceremony. The TRA allowed its parade “to be used to make a political statement in favor of a radical and controversial cause: the redefinition of marriage ,"  Family Research Council  Senior Fellow for Policy Studies Peter Sprigg told LifeSiteNews.com. Sprigg also criticized the AIDS Healthcare Foundation for sponsoring the float on which the “marriage” took place, telling LifeSiteNews, “it is clear that  the single change which would do the most to reduce the impact of AIDS would be for men to abstain from ever engaging in sexual relations with other men .” The Foundation  says  it is “the largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the U.S.” and has “the sole aim of saving more lives.” In November 2013, the Center for Disease Co...

90% of new AIDS cases among college students in Chinese mega-city due to homosexual sex

Image
GUANGZHOU, China, – A doctor from a Disease Prevention and Control Center in the Chinese mega city of Guangzhou has said that 90 percent of all new HIV/AIDS cases among local university or college students are due to homosexual behavior . Dr. Xu Huifang said that MSM activity is the underlying factor in the majority of students reporting new infections,  reported   Xinhua . Huifang said the city has reported a total of 117 HIV/AIDS cases in 48 local colleges or universities since 2002. But director of the disease prevention center Wang Ming thinks the numbers are inaccurate since many infected college students do not get tested. “Therefore, the real number [of HIV/AIDS cases] may be much bigger," he said. Dr. He Haolan, who monitors contagious diseases at Guangdong No. 8 People's Hospital, said she has noticed increasing rates of HIV among college students. "It used to be very rare to see a college student come here for HIV tests, but it has become ...
