Do Australians want homosexual sin to rule their nation?

Twenty years after Labor Party leaders changed the law - the last Australian state decriminalised homosexuality, Australians will ask themselves whether gay men and women should be allowed to marry.

Think about that.

Why was it decriminalized? Because Labor said any behaviour behind closed doors (private) has not to do with the Government. How wrong were they? Domestic violence, physical abuse, pedophilia all happen now behind closed doors and is illegal. This is simply - selective immorality, where some homosexuals wanted they behaviour decriminalized.

In the space of just two decades, barely the lifetime of a teenager, community mores around homosexuality have gone from locking gay men up if they kiss on the street to cheering them on as they kiss at the altar, at least insofar as our attitudes are reflected in our statutes. But it was driven by Labor Governments.

But as we embark on what is effectively a three month long election campaign we should consider the scale of the change we are asking some people to consider.

Already the homosexual marriage advocates are carrying on in a manner guaranteed to lose them support, if not the plebiscite itself.

Arrogant, highhanded and contemptuous of legitimate opposition, they have wasted the last 12 months trying to shut down debate rather than winning it.

In August last year Richard DiNatale said a plebiscite would be divisive and harmful.

“We’re speaking to people in the sector right now who are worried that we’ll see young people take their lives on the back of a hateful and divisive debate in the community,” Senator DiNatale said. But this was a simple throw away scare line with no scientific evidence. It was a scare tactic that backfired badly.

Homosexual advocates have shown no steel. They are dreadful polemicists. When they are not morally blackmailing us with the spectre of suicide, they are relying on lazy arguments that resonate with no one not already enlisted to the cause - they call any opposition bigots, haters, homophobes and now the bad guys. No argument just abuse.

They tell us Australia will become the ridicule of the Western world if we do not pass this reform.  I don't hear anybody from overseas making any such comments. What we do hear is that homosexuals are now asking for privilege not equality, quotas in business boards, schools boards and government entities, Christians and their organizations being fined and jailed.

Homosexuals say the opinion polls make it a done deal. Or, most arrogantly of all, they tell us that change is inevitable and that to say otherwise is to stand in the way of history.

Well, nothing in public life is inevitable. Just ask the Australian Republican

But it is happening. And if the plebiscite is lost the opportunity for marriage equality could be lost with it - this will be a good win for traditional marriage and not homosexual lust.

Australians are innately cautious about change. Neither Malcolm Turnbull or Bill Shorten, the two most senior politicians in favour of homosexual marriage, are popular figures. They will campaign half-heartedly for change, if they campaign at all.

Tony Abbott has urged people to vote against what he says is “political correctness”. He has made it clear he will exploit the plebiscite in the same way Boris Johnson exploited Brexit — as a means of channelling wider popular anger against progressive elites. He will succeed.

So marriage homosexual marriage zealots — need to realize that the majority of Australian do not want homosexual marriage because they have observed overseas that once the gay agenda happens it keeps going - demands are made, intimidation of businesses continue. Homosexual zealots need to accept that most of those opposed to homosexual marriage are decent people not hardened homophobes. They need to ignore the opinion polls — they are the Fools Gold of political life.

They will also need to accept that some of the arguments against homosexual marriage have merit and will require a response. For example, marriage has been a bedrock institution for millennia and people are going to be reluctant to change it. It was designed by God, copied by other religions abused by self centered people, distorted by men and governments but clearly stated in the Bible as being between a man and a woman. That homosexual marriage is infertile, against biological design, history and love. Homosexual relations involved lust and distorted love. The Bible condemns homosexual sin outright, regardless of what liberal theologians try to twist the scriptures.

Australians will not accept that homosexual marriage is a just cause - quite the opposite it will affect children, it distorts genuine heterosexual marriage and it is simply sinful. Extending marriage weakens the institution because homosexuals don't all want marriage - they want an open relationship with multiple partners. Even the Lesbian NZ politician who pushed this agenda was the first divorced lesbian after the legislation passed - they use marriage as a vehicle demanding rights and recognition which by nature is impossible.

Australians must realize nobody is born gay - it is a simple immorla choice based on lust.  The argument is not a second-class status on their distorted love but it is an act of rebellion against God and is sinful.
