Rebellious Nuns Marry - seek justification on false faith

Faith brought them together, but love gave them the courage to stay together. Now their lives are disordered by non-biblical love.

Two 44-year-old former nuns tied the knot during a civil union ceremony in Italy on Wednesday, in defiance of the Roman Catholic Church’s long-held opposition to same-sex unions and also in defiance to scripture.

According to an interview published in the Italian newspaper La Stampa, the women, identified only as Federica and Isabel, are former Franciscan nuns. Isabel is reportedly from South America, while Federica is a native of southern Italy. Driven by their passion to serve others, the two nuns spent time working in a drug rehabilitation center, where they met and slowly fell in love. 

The phrase "slowly fell in love" should read disobeyed scripture for the Apostle Paul states in Romans 1 the greatest depravity of sin is seen in the act of lesbianism. These two women chose to disobey scripture, disobey God, disobey history and disregard their own Christian vows to pursue lust.

As their disordered romance grew, the women decided to formally begin the process of withdrawing from their vocation. Although they are leaving the convent, the women said that they aren’t leaving the church or the Catholic faith. 

Romans 1 says that God hands both lesbians and homosexuals over to their sins to feel the full force of their decision and the end result is a depraved mind. Such mind will justify, excuse, explain any decision through the eyes and mind of depravity and sin.

“God wants people to be happy, wants them to live their love out in broad daylight. We call upon our church to welcome all people who love each other,” Isabel said. 

The depraved mind confuses secular happiness with holiness and joy. God never said he wanted people to be happy. The heart of God is that all might be saved and become holy and righteous before Christ.

Italy’s parliament approved same-sex civil unions in May this year, becoming one of the last major Western European countries to do so. The historic move was strongly opposed by over 2 million Roman Catholic church rallies and it doesn’t ensure full equality ― Italy still doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage.

Federica and Isabel’s civil union was reportedly conducted by Luca Salvai, a local mayor in Pinerolo, a town in northwestern Italy.

“It was a very simple ceremony,” Salvai said, according to The Telegraph. “It is their celebration and I am happy to have helped them to achieve their wish.”

The women are planning to hold a separate religious service later this year. Franco Barbero, a former Catholic priest who was excommunicated for his support of gay marriage, will be conducting that ceremony. 

Of course, you have to obtain another person who has turned their back on scripture and God in order to achieve a disordered lifestyle.

“They are two beautiful people, with very deep faith. They thought about it for a long time and took their decision courageously, knowing it wouldn’t be widely accepted,” Barbero said. 

It is very possible to be nice, beautiful even kind - and claim deep faith, just as Satan also understand scripture, theology, the incarnation and the resurrection , but his will is against God, like these two women.  Satan is orthodox. Satan knows scripture and Satan is a deceiver and has fooled these two women.
