Tasmania - the confused sexual state

This is the title of an article: Transgender law changes: ‘There’s no freedom to be a bigot under Australian law’

Tasmania wants to drop gender from its birth certificates and some are worried they’ll get sued if they don’t address people in the right way. Will you be able to sue someone for not calling you Mr, Ms or X?

So yes, we are now in stupid land. Tasmania’s anti-discrimination laws could leave people open to legal action.  University of Notre Dame senior lecturer Greg Walsh says

"The proposed changes to anti-discrimination legislation would add the term “gender expression” into the act, which is defined as including “personal references that manifest or express gender or gender identity. This could make it illegal for a person to not accept a transgender person’s gender identity, such as by declining to use their preferred personal pronoun,” Dr Walsh said.
We've already seen how this has wreaked havoc in the USA. The wreckage is coming to your workplace.  It will be forced upon you. An employee whose boss continues to use a different pronoun could apply for a Stop the Bullying order under the Fair Work Act.  A confused mental health person now demands that others enter their world of confusion and follow their rules.

So now we have a protected class of people in Australia and if addressed incorrectly you go to Fair Work jail. Unbelievable!

The left-leaning stupid land federal Sex Discrimination Act 1984 also prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity, appearance or characteristics.
One lawyer has said: “I think it’s an arguable case under existing legislation, if you are referring to someone by a different pronoun that what they requested, they are being denied the quiet enjoyment of work and you are undermining their standing in the workplace, especially if you are doing it in front of a third party and humiliating them.”
I don't think people want to humiliate others, but when such stupid decisions are made then reinforced by governments people do react to stupid legislation. Apart from the fact, that some people are confused about their identity, and previously this was seen as a mental health issue needing treatment not celebration....it is no wonder people react.

What these proposals appear to do, is ensure that ‘gender identity’ encompasses ‘gender expression’, which reflects how in the 21st-century people might identify as different genders.

Is this a stupid statement or what?
One lawyer said: “There’s no freedom to be a bigot under Australian law and measures that protect transgender Australians are important to ensure an equal, safe and fair society.”

Others responded by saying this is a mental health issue and has nothing to do with being fair, equal and safe. This is saying - I have a mental health issue - I deny that you must accept me as normal, address me as normal, if not I will sue you!

The changes to Tasmania’s laws were originally aimed at changing the state’s marriage act to be in line with the legalization of fake homosexual marriage and to eliminate the need for transgender people to divorce if they wanted to change their legal gender.

Transgender people who are involved in fake homosexual marriage. What a mess homosexuality has brought to our country.

In a twee,t Prime Minister Scott Morrison described the plan to remove gender from birth certificates in Tasmania was “ridiculous” and called on Labor to outlaw it. Many Australians are now waking up to see, that the homosexual ideology is bringing confusion and destruction to our community. That irrational, immoral and illogical desires are driving even demanding unnecessary changes to our moral fabric.
