Premier Daniel Andrews announced the news at a homosexual rally, calling any form of counselling assisting homosexuals who want to get out of their lust filled anti-biology, broken lifestyle choice - illegal and labels any counselor as “bigoted quackery” that “destroys lives”.

LGBTIQ people are in denial. Their lives are broken. Homosexuality is a sinful choice and has been for centuries. Homosexuality is popular at the moment affirmed by popular media and defended by abuse. Biased science reports that gays are happy, yet it is lust filled, broken and biologically incompatible. It goes against the design of our bodies.
But here is the leader of Victoria calling anybody trying to counsel gay as evil. That's right - evil. Yet God clearly says that homosexuality is a sin against yourself - the other person and God's righteous moral standards. Andrews is saying God is evil.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews put it more bluntly. “For far too long and for far too many Victorians, an evil practice has been peddled in shame and stigma,” he said in a statement.
This is an Australian first. And it's the right thing to do. Because bigoted quackery has no place in this state.

LGBT agenda keeps trying to deny homosexuality is a choice. People are choosing this lifestyle and they can choose to leave this anti-biological lust dominated lifestyle - but the Government says you won't get help.
The Victorian left-leaning pro-homosexual Labor government has committed to introducing legislation that bans any therapy, defined as “any practice or treatment that seeks to change, suppress or eliminate an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity”.
The great danger here, is people will be locked into a lifestyle choice that is unhealthy, anti-biological and against God's blessing and hence draws its own guilt, lust, condemnation, lack of peace and joy.
