Ontario’s gay premier will be province’s first head of gvmt to join immoral crude Gay Pride parade
TORONTO, June 25, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Ontario’s first openly homosexual Premier is set to make history again this week as she plans to be the province’s first premier to march in the Toronto Gay Pride parade.
Kathleen Wynne, who became premier in January when she was elected to succeed Dalton McGuinty as leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, says attending Pride is simply part of her regular summer activities.
The annual event, which takes place Sunday, is billed as “family-friendly,” yet is infamous for its public displays of full nudity, sado-masochistic attire, and public sex acts.
"Well it's part of summer you know," Wynne told the Canadian Press. "Every year I take part in the Pride events. Jane and I go to the Pride and Remembrance run on Saturday morning. I go to the church service, which is always very, very moving, on Sunday morning, and of course I walk in the parade."
"Unfortunately we still need a Pride celebration because homophobia is alive and well, not just here in some places in Ontario, but in many parts of the world where you can still be imprisoned or beaten for being gay, lesbian or trans," said Wynne.
McGuinty, a strong supporter of homosexual “marriage” and the promotion of openness to homosexuality in the schools, reportedly had taken part in Pride Week activities but never the parade itself.
McGuinty’s Education Minister, Laurel Broten, was named the “grand marshal” of last year’s parade in recognition of Bill 13, the government’s pro-homosexual “anti-bullying” bill.
