Boy says homosexual sin is fun

'I heard stories of homophobic bullying': Troye Sivan's mother tells of moment he came out as gay, aged 14, as she starts online petition to stop schoolyard abuse.  Troye Sivan came out as gay at aged 14 in a Youtube video that took the world by storm. He sees the sin of homosexuality as fun.

And now his mother Laurelle Mellet has spoken about how she was 'nervous' when he came out as she was concerned about homophobic bullying in schools. It comes as she launched an online petition with change.org to renew Safe Schools funding and establish safe environments for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersexed (LGBTI) students in the school yard.

'It made me nervous - I’d heard horrific stories of homophobic bullying and kids being suicidal at school,' she said of when her son came out.  'What’s worse is our education system won't fight it - Malcolm Turnbull hasn’t renewed Safe Schools funding.'

Homosexuality is defined by scripture as a sin. In Romans the sin of lesbianism then male homosexuality are presented as evidence and example of extreme sin against God. God calls people to repentance of that sin. Sin in scripture may appear initially to be fun and enjoyable but ultimately leads to spiritual death. Sin as tempted by Satan will always destroy one mental health. Satan's desires are to kill steal and destroy. To ignore this is to place yourself in spiritual danger

She is hoping to have 5,000 signatures on her Safe Schools petition to promote the sin of homosexuality and indoctrinate all kids. Troye, now 21, was reportedly bullied two years before he came out, at age 12, and was taken out of his Perth school when it became too much. Nobody should approve any form of bullying but it doesn't change the sin status of homosexuality.

The South African-born singer has created hits including Wild and has more than four million Youtube subscribers. He recently described being gay as 'fun' to Out Magazine.

When asked how he felt about his sexuality the youngster replied: 'Fun. Is that weird?  'Fun is how I feel. Fun is kissing boys and kissing girls sometimes. I can do whatever I want, and no one will bat an eyelid.'

Right there we have the Biblical lie: I can do whatever I want, I am accountable to nobody not even to God. But that is to be expected, in that an unsaved person does not believe in God or God's law. Unfortunately, the repercussions of the sin of homosexuality, is that ultimately God abandons people in their sin.
