New Zealand immoral homosexual laws drag Presbyterian Church into heresy

The question in people's minds regarding homosexuality have not changed, regardless of what a government may ordain and approve, it will always be seen as an affront to the holiness of God.
Theologically a person like this has placed themselves under extreme condemnation according to the Apostle Paul in Romans 1, which lists lesbianism as the worst example of homosexual sin by listing it first in the list of sins where God hands people over to the consequences of their own sin.
But because they claim to be a liberal church, they have no need to adhere to the scripture at all, and can completely ignore, reinterpret whatever they want from the Bible, yet still brand themselves as a church.
Would the Apostle Paul call this a delusion? Would he condemn them as preaching another gospel like the Galatians?

The fact that that such a person is claiming ordination, makes the situation (according to scripture) even worse (and for those who follow her teaching) because those who teach are held at a higher responsibility than others.

Statistics New Zealand figures released yesterday show that, since the first homosexual marriage have occurred since August 19, only 117 homosexual couples have exchanged vows with only 45 homosexual couples traded in a civil union for homosexual marriage.
