Twitter reverses: allows Christian radio interview opposing transgenderism

After initially banning the ad, Twitter has now allowed a Christian talk radio show to promote its interview with marriage and gender scholar Dr. Ryan T. Anderson.
Anderson, a fellow at the Heritage Foundation, is the author of When Harry Become Sally: Responding to the Transgender Movement. He is a prolific writer and speaker on the issues of same-sex “marriage,” religious freedom, and transgenderism.
Issues, Etc. sought to promote its interview with Anderson but was blocked from doing so because of Twitter’s policy against “hateful content.”
“Twitter prohibits the promotion of hate speech globally,” it says. This includes “hate speech or advocacy against a protected group or an individual or organization based on based on, but not limited to” factors like “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”
Issues, Etc. confirmed that Twitter has now allowed their ad to be posted.
