Pro Marriage Website attacks by Homosexual activists

Image
A website dedicated to opposing gay marriage has been removed from the internet the day it was launched after it was the target of one of the "largest unprecedented attacks" on a website in New Zealand . The "Protect Marriage" website, launched today by Family First , crashed in a matter of hours as a result of a "large-scale denial of service attack" according to the site's webhost . It was back up and running at 1pm, but had been removed completely by the webhosting company later this afternoon, to "protect its own servers". "Due to large scale Denial of Service attacks against this domain it has been decided to ensure the stability and security of our servers and network, this account has been removed," said a message from 24/7 Hosting. Launched to oppose MP Louisa Wall 's same-sex marriage bill drawn recently from the ballot, Family First director Bob McCroskrie said the site was apparently the target of "the large...

Is it un-American to be a Christian?

Image
Official portrait of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Chick-fil-A (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The current hate campaign being waged by homosexual activists against fast food chain Chick-fil-A , because of the firm’s Christian values , may well turn out to be a bridge too far. The effort may prove to be a setback for homosexual activism. The vile attacks on the firm and its owners, the Cathy family, should make clear, finally, that the “gay rights” movement is not about refining and advancing American freedom, but about rewriting American values and advancing, not freedom, but the homosexual political agenda. Recently Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke at a flag raising ceremony in Alexandria, Egypt , noting the re-opening of the American consulate there. Given the current political climate in Egypt, the Secretary of State felt behooved in her remarks to highlight principles of freedom as understood by Americans. “... to us,...

Can Cities Really Block Chick-fil-A?

Image
Chick-fil-A (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Attempts by Chicago and Boston politicians to block the opening of Chick-fil-A restaurants because of the company president's views on marriage would be unconstitutional and also set a dangerous precedent for other businesses, say several attorneys. Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel each have been quoted as saying they want to prevent Chick-fil-As from opening in their cities, with Menino declaring in a letter to Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy, "There is no place for discrimination on Boston's Freedom Trail and no place for your company alongside it." The Freedom Trail is a path through the city's streets highlighting historic buildings. Emanuel voiced agreement with a Chicago alderman who also opposes a new Chick-fil-A, saying of the company, "They disrespect our fellow neighbors and residents." Cathy, in two interviews in recent weeks—including one  re-posted on Baptist Press —has ...

Gay Marriage and the New McCarthyism

Image
Logo for the 2006 Chick-fil-A Bowl (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The gay marriage debate continues to boil over, tempting our nation to inaugurate a new era of McCarthyism . Back in the 1950s, anyone suspected of communism became a pariah. Now that seems to be true of anyone who supports traditional marriage . Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy, in answer to an interview question about the principles of the popular fast-food company, said, “We are very much supportive of the family—the biblical definition of the family unit.” This set some people’s teeth on edge. But the heat rose when some discovered Cathy said a couple of weeks earlier, “I think we are inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at him and say ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes marriage.’ ” That may be prophetic, but in our culture it is impolitic to say this. Cathy’s comments raised the ire of Chicago alderman Joe Moreno, who said he would block the company from building a restauran...

Swedish high school student fails bio class for saying homosexuality ‘abnormal’

English: Sweden. Stockholm County. Nynäshamn (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) LONDON , July 27, 2012  — A Swedish high-school student recently failed a biology class for saying that homosexuality is abnormal, according to Swedish national news-site , svt.se. The site  reports  that a grade 8 student at Nynäshamn Highschool in Stockholm County , Sweden , expressed the opinion that homosexuality was “onormalt” — literally “abnormal” — and, as a result, received a failing grade. When the student questioned the grade, the teacher reportedly replied that it was because of the student’s opinions. The goal of the school’s curriculum, the teacher said, was that students show respect for different sexual orientations , and the student’s views did not correspond with that goal. Any expert in biology would clearly understand the design and function of biological sexual organs, that match and perform a biological function. For the penis to be inserted in the male anus (the o...

A gay man opposes Cameron's Homosexual Marriage obsession

Image
When David Cameron committed the Government to supporting same-sex marriage some months ago, he declared: ‘I don’t support gay marriage despite being a Conservative. I support gay marriage because I’m a Conservative.’ His argument being that the party should support a long-term commitment in any relationship. The unexpected policy shift caused uproar in the Tory Party in Parliament and across the country. A poll by Catholic Voice of 550 gay men and women suggested only 40 per cent identified the change in marriage as their priority Now, a submission by the Church of England into the Government’s consultation on gay marriage has warned of an historic division between the Church’s canon law — that marriage is between a man and a woman — and Parliament. It suggests the schism could even lead to ‘disestablishment’, a split between the Church and the State, and the removal of the Queen as Supreme Governor of the Church. Calculated Despite the opposition of ever...

David Cameron is gay obsessed with destroying Marriage

Image
When he became Tory leader seven years ago, the youthful and telegenic David Cameron pledged to transform the blue-rinse image of his party and boost its membership by attracting thousands of young, ethnic and gay members. In doing so, he would destroy forever the Tories’ reputation as the ‘nasty party’ as these new ‘inclusive’ members joined the 300,000 activists whose average age was 64 ‘I was elected Leader of the Conservative Party on a mandate to change and modernise the party,’ he said. ‘I want to increase membership. I want to see a broader  base. I want to see a significant increase  in the number of members from all communities.’ One of the scariest things for the Tories is that three in four of those people who voted for Cameron in 2010, but say they won't again, cite gay marriage as the reason He hugged hoodies, embraced huskies in the Arctic circle and placed a daft wind turbine on the roof of his Notting Hill home in an attempt to woo ne...
