The first Britain to have a fake homosexual marriage  died after overdosing on a gay sex drug when they broke up, an inquest has heard. Wayne Hincks, 48, had taken a lethal dose of GHB as well as another drug after his relationship with former homosexual partner Gerardo Gallardo broke down, the court heard. The pair were the first British gay couple to be legally recognised as married in a ruling at a Canadian court following their separation. But when their relationship broke down, Mr Hincks sought a divorce due to him being entitled to half their assets as a married couple. It was following his two year legal battle that a senior judge in Canada ruled that it would be “impermissible discrimination” not to view them as married and claimed that the distinction in UK law between civil partnerships and marriage “violates human dignity”. Jack is a Christian baker and artist who has served his community in Colorado for over two decades, using his work to highlight his belief in God and the goodness of Jesus Christ . When asked by a gay couple to design a cake to celebrate their same-sex 'wedding,' Jack politely declined due to his religious beliefs , but offered to help the couple find another baker to assist them. Instead, the couple filed a complaint with the state of Colorado , which ruled he was guilty of "discrimination" and ordered him to start celebrating gay weddings, undergo a reeducation program and file quarterly compliance reports! A woman asked the Mississippi Supreme Court on Wednesday to award her parental rights to the child her ex-wife had given birth to, arguing that the U.S. Supreme Court had ordered equality for same-sex couples when it authorized same-sex marriage nationwide in 2015. Opposing her was the woman who birthed a now-6-year-old boy when the two were married. The biological mother of the child said that her ex-wife had legal avenues open to her to bolster her parental rights during a divorce proceeding, but failed to pursue them. Now Mississippi ’s nine justices must sort out those positions, in a case that could also affect opposite-sex couples who use someone else’s eggs, sperm or both to conceive a child. An LGBT activist and comedian is promoting a nativity scene with two St. Josephs and no Virgin Mary. Some have dubbed this a “gaytivity scene.” “Our neighbors’ two Joseph nativity is up & I’m beaming,” Cameron Esposito   tweeted  along with a photo of the blasphemous display. One woman  responded by tweeting a photo  of her own “lesbian” nativity scene that uses two statues of Mary. The baby Jesus in that one is shown with a rainbow blanket. Rhode Island’s Bishop Thomas Tobin called the nativity set with two Josephs “sacrilege.” He posted on Facebook : Just came across this photo of a “gay nativity” scene — two Josephs dressed in pink watching over the Christ Child . How sad that someone believes it’s okay (or funny or cool) to impose their own agenda on the holy Birth of Jesus. A teacher has been suspended and may lose his job because he accidentally called a girl a “girl.” “This case is one of a flood of cases we are encountering where teachers are finding themselves silenced or punished if they refuse to fall in line with the current transgender fad,” the  Christian Legal Center’s  Andrea Williams  said . “If we collude in the transgender delusion, we do not serve our children well, we harm them.” Joshua Sutcliffe taught math to junior and senior high students at Stonewall schools , which are committed “to tackling homophobia, biphobia and transphobia.” His pupils outperformed every other class in the subject. A Christian, Sutcliffe respected the school’s pro-transgender policy by referring to all students by their chosen name. He avoided using “Xe,” “Xir,” “They,” or any gender-specific pronouns . “I have a deep conviction that we are all made in God’s image, male and female,” Sutcliffe  explained . A local Republican politician is taking flak for telling a teenager being raised by lesbians that she has a right to a father. Prince William County Brentsville Supervisor Jeanine Lawson spoke of 15-year-old Rose BruMar’s natural right to a father when the teen told her she’s being raised by “two moms.” Lawson  confirmed to local media  that she said “every child deserves a mother and father” after Rose approached her outside Gainesville Middle School on election day. According to Lawson’s account, she and the teen had a “pleasant and civil” conversation. The teen told her, “One of my moms doesn’t like you.” “That caught me by surprise a bit,” Lawson said. “She told me things about her family life, and I told her in a very polite way, I said I believe children deserve a mother and a father. The Federalist  ran a story yesterday about a certain pastor ’s appearance on  The View . One of the hosts asked him what his church teaches about homosexuality and abortion . The pastor dodged the question. Another host, Joy Behar , followed up by asking very specifically whether abortion is a sin. Still, the pastor could not bring himself to say that abortion is a sin. Rather, he said that each person has to “live to their own convictions” and that God would be the judge. A few thoughts on this: 1. His answer is not sufficient. As a pastor, you have a responsibility to speak the truth in love, and it is not loving to fail to speak the truth ( 1 Cor. 13:6 ;  Eph. 4:15 ). One can do both at once, but it was not done here. “We do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. Two years ago TIME magazine highlighted an evangelical “megachurch” whose pastor had led the congregation to affirm gay marriage and to welcome LGBT persons as full members of the church (see the sermon announcement above from two years ago). Now that homosexuality and transgenderism are all but normalized, polyamory seems to be the next sad frontier of the sexual revolution . The latest installment of this trend appears in The New York Post’s profile of a polyamorous “throuple.” Stories about polyamory are appearing with more and more frequency, and I have seen a theme beginning to emerge in other polyamorous profiles that I have read. Not everyone in the relationship is happy about polyamory. At least one partner wishes for monogamy but concedes to polyamory so that he won’t lose the one he wishes he could be monogamous with. The throuple in the Post’s profile is no different. One man and woman in the relationship describe themselves as “bisexual.” A second man describes himself as “homoflexible”—by which he means homosexual but willing to accept the presence of the woman so that he doesn’t lose his man. In case you missed it -- which, sadly, no less than the U.S. Secretary of State made difficult --November 20 was “International Transgender Day of Remembrance .” The day focuses on memorializing the world’s gender-deluded who were victims of violence. By my estimate -- I didn’t count them all -- the list contains about 300 people. Likewise, many liberal outlets in the American mainstream media -- redundant, I know -- took the opportunity to paint violence against the gender-deluded as some sort of epidemic. The headline in the largest newspaper in my state declared , “Violence against transgender people at all-time high in Georgia , nationally.” Evidently an annual “all-time high” when it comes to the murder of individuals in the U.S. who choose to live a gender lie is 25 .
