Ottawa federal employee and homosexual partner imprisoned for child porn

In court on March 24, federal public servant Scott Dignan, 47, admitted to placing a tiny key fob video camera in the bathroom of the home he shared with his homosexual partner Eric Charron in order to record a 13-year-old boy using the toilet, during a party in the house on January 25, 2013 attended by the boy and his mom. The astute young teenager realized the key fob on the toilet was a camera and alerted his mom, who grabbed the camera and confronted Dignan. When the mom and her son tried to leave the house with the camera, Charron blocked their way. The mom then called 911 and handed the camera to police when they arrived.
