California Says Stay Gay, Shut Up, or Go to Jail. Conservatives Should Give It No Quarter.

It will prohibit engaging in efforts to change “behaviors” and “gender expression.” It also bars attempts to reduce someone’s sexual or romantic attractions to the same sex. This law does not limit its scope to abusive therapy such as electroshock. It applies to all ages. Its ban applies whether the patient wants help to change or not.
