DEMOCRATS WANT YOU ON THE RAINBOW TRAIN So CNN held their LGBTQ Town Hall last night for the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, and the rest of us got a good look at where this country is headed if they manage to retake power (which Trump's bumbling seems to be abetting at the moment). Many conservative commentators are trumpeting the fact that the Democrats let their mask slip and will consequently turn off many voters, but I think we may have just gotten a clear glimpse of the future. Maybe not in 2020, but someday  soon  — and perhaps sooner than we think. The sheer groveling of both the CNN hosts and the Democratic candidates, combined with an obviously desperate desire to please and faux sincerity that occasionally triggered applause when the audience approved of their performance, was genuinely nauseating to watch at times. The California Court of Appeals ruled that a transgender patient can sue a Catholic hospital for refusing to perform a hysterectomy. Yesterday, the California Court of Appeals issued a truly remarkable opinion in a truly remarkable case. It held that a Catholic hospital could indeed face legal liability for failing to perform a hysterectomy as part of a female-to-male “transition” — even though its policy broadly bans sterilization surgery generally (not just for trans individuals) and even though the hospital referred the patient to a non-Catholic facility in the same network. The patient obtained the hysterectomy a mere three days after the originally scheduled surgery date and sued anyway. The facts of the case are simple . The plaintiff, Evan Minton, initially scheduled a hysterectomy for August 30, 2016, at Mercy San Juan Medical Center (part of the Dignity Health hospital network) as a treatment for gender dysphoria. Now, the LGBTQ mainstream has disavowed Navratilova for her comments that criticized the participation of transgender women in gender-specific sports—that is to say, allowing men who identify as women to compete against actual women in athletic contests. This controversy began in December of last year when Navratilova tweeted,  “You can’t just proclaim yourself a female and be able to compete against women.” She advocated for standards that would disqualify trans women from competing against women in athletic events. It will prohibit engaging in efforts to change “behaviors” and “gender expression.” It also bars attempts to reduce someone’s sexual or romantic attractions to the same sex. This law does not limit its scope to abusive therapy such as electroshock. It applies to all ages. Its ban applies whether the patient wants help to change or not. Conservatives have complained that this bill amounts to banning the Bible. In fact, its impact is broader. And crueler. A British doctor has committed the unpardonable sin. He is guilty of medical heresy. He has transgressed the sacred lines of revisionist science. Surely a man like this must be punished. The Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS) has released a new set of guidelines for discussing transgenderism with children, encouraging parents to accept and reinforce their kids’ gender confusion . “More and more, parents are asking us when and how gender identity typically develops in children, what is considered typical behaviour, and what they should expect at certain ages,” CPS president Dr Mike Dickinson  said . “ Paediatricians are well-positioned to answer these questions and help parents promote healthy gender development in their children.” He explained that the guidelines were originally conceived as a “primer for our members,” but written as “something that might be helpful to the public at large,” to direct both parents and paediatricians on how to discuss transgenderism with children. The  guidelines  tell parents it is “normal and healthy” for children as young as two to “assume other gender identities at different times (sometimes even in the same day).” “B

More than 10,000 people have signed a  petition  asking Disney to not depict Elsa as a lesbian in  Frozen 2 . Disney is now promoting the sin of homosexuality very openly without regardless to the consequences of this flawed action. From every corner of society, young girls already face confusing and troubling messages about sexuality. Disney is possibly NOT helping if it following this sad petition.  The petition platform also gives signers the option to send Disney a postcard expressing their concerns. So far, over 200 postcards have been sent. Some confused Biblically illiterate parents are speaking out after a first grade teacher was fired after she posted pictures of her immoral sinful lesbian wedding on social media. Jocelyn Morffi taught first grade at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Miami for seven years. Last weekend, she married her girlfriend and posted pictures of the ceremony to Facebook . On Thursday, Morffi was fired. In a letter to parents, Principal Carlota Morales called it a “difficult and necessary” decision. Nearly a dozen parents who had children in Morffi’s class came to the school to protest her firing. The parents called her a “great teacher” and said they were aware that she is openly gay and that it made no difference. A student Christian group at the University of Iowa   has been reinstated  as a registered student organisation by a US Federal District Court Judge, after previously having its status revoked by University authorities. The student group , Business Leaders in Christ (“BLinC”), had been penalised because it would not agree to appoint to its leadership a same-sex attracted student, who said that they would not undertake to comply with the group’s commitment to Biblical sexual values. The University claimed that this was a breach of its Policy on Human Rights , forbidding discrimination on the basis of, among other things, sexual orientation . BLinC claimed, however, that the issue was not the student’s  orientation , but their express refusal to modify their  behaviour  to accord with Biblical norms.
