Lesbian behind Disney cartoon pushing LGBT to preschoolers: ‘We’re political’

Image
One of the creators of a Disney cartoon that promoted same-sex "marriage" to preschoolers has admitted that they specifically aim to promote political messages on the show. We're political on DocMcStuffins. We believe n fighting for what is right. Meet our composers @mlewey and @kayhanley https://t.co/czXRs64xW9 — Chris Nee (@chrisdocnee) June 26, 2017 This corroborates statements Doc McStuffins writer Chris Nee made in a 2012 interview with AfterEllen.com . She said part of what she's doing with the show is making sure the characters are "accepting." The show is about an aspiring doctor who "fixes" toys. "I've never been anything but accepted in the world of writing kids' TV but I was surprised that Disney has been so beyond willing and excited to sort of publicize this part of my life and this part of who I am," she said. "That’s progress!" "My son [Theo] has two moms and it's a huge part of my life

Media howl as Russia protects its children from gay propaganda

Image
The whole media establishment is up in arms about Russia ’s new law that  prohibits the promotion of homosexuality, and other deviant sexual behaviors among minors . Reuters, AP,   New York Times , BBC , have all complained about the law as a form of discrimination against gays, but this appears to be more hyperbole than anything else. If you believed the  NY Times  you’d think the Russians had decided to send every homosexual in Russia to the Gulags . But the Russian law , which is expected to soon be passed by the Senate and signed by Putin, effectively acts as a tax on public displays of affection by homosexuals.  Here is how even the  NY Times  summarizes the law: Without defining “nontraditional,” the new bill bans making available to children information “intended to form in a minor a nontraditional sexual foundation.” It also prohibits portraying “the attractiveness” of such relations and bans asserting “the social equivalence of traditional and nontraditional

(Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The Rev. Joel Hunter of the 15,000-member Northland church, who is often referred to as President Barack Obama's spiritual adviser, said he is disappointed with the president's use of the "Golden Rule" to explain his endorsement of gay marriage. "The Golden Rule is in the Bible but it cannot be used to contradict God's marriage pattern reaffirmed by Jesus in Matthew 19:4-5," Hunter shared in an interview with The Christian Post. "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and the two shall become one flesh?'" Obama affirmed his support for same-sex marriage in an interview with ABC News

How best to handle Homosexuals in Church

Image
Christ United Methodist Church in Rochester, Minnesota (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) How should Christians express love and minster to couples living in a homosexual lifestyle when these couples attend church? Even President Obama addressed the issue this week when he finally expressed public support for same-sex marriage (something that insiders on both the left and right assert the president has supported quietly all along):Both Christians and non-Christians seemed bewildered by the issue. It threatens to create an ever-deepening divide within the church. Recent sermons by well-known and popular pastors, who, while addressing sexual sin, stop short of saying homosexuality is forbidden or sinful, have produced intense controversy. "In the end, the values that I care most deeply about, and she ( Michelle Obama ) cares most deeply about is how we treat other people," Obama said. To help answer these questions, The Christian Post sought out individuals who previously had
