ONE CHRISTIAN LEADER STANDS FOR SCRIPTURE NOT IDIOTIC DENOMINATION The US Episcopal Church is disciplining one of its bishops because he upholds the biblical position on sex and marriage. The Bishop of Albany, William Love, has been accused of violating canon law by showing “unwillingness to abide by Resolution B012” – which stipulates that bishops must permit same-sex weddings to take place in their diocese. The Resolution introduced in 2018 says that if a bishop disagrees with same-sex marriage and does not wish to participate, they must invite another bishop to do so instead. ‘Direct conflict’ When the resolution was passed, Bishop Love responded with a pastoral letter saying same-sex unions are “in direct conflict and contradiction to God’s intent for the sacrament of marriage”. The chaos and confusion which are the inevitable products of the Sexual Revolution continue to expand and the challenges constantly proliferate. The LGBTQ+ revolution has long been the leading edge of the expanding chaos, and by now the genuinely revolutionary nature of the movement is fully apparent.  The normalization of the behaviors and relationships and identities included (for now) in the LGBTQ+ spectrum will require nothing less than turning the world upside down. This revolution requires a total redefinition of morality, cultural authority, personal identity, and more. The revolution requires a new vocabulary and a radically revised dictionary. Ultimately, the moral revolutionaries seek to redefine reality itself. And this revolution has no stopping point. The plus sign at the end of LGBTQ+ is a signal of more challenges sure to come. Even Jack Phillips, the Colorado baker who won his case at the Supreme Court of the United States scarcely two months ago, has attracted the ire of the progressive funny-men. Jimmy Kimmel, who received the title “the moral conscience of America” from his friends for plugging for universal health care, decided to go after Phillips last week when the baker landed in court again , after an attorney relentlessly harassed Phillips with requests and finally got the Colorado Civil Rights Commission to agree that Phillips’ refusal to bake a cake celebrating a gender transition was a violation of civil rights. The LGBT movement, it turns out, has no intention of letting Phillips live in peace. But Kimmel apparently thinks the whole thing is hilarious. “It’s funny because this is a guy who spends all day, every day, meticulously designing flowers out of icing,” he said to his cackling audience. “His whole life is gay, okay? I don’t know if the wrong cake might bring that to life or what.” Even

There’s been a battle online over whether or not to call Monday’s  Supreme Court decision  on a Christian baker “narrow.” The vote was 7-2, which isn’t narrow. But the scope of the ruling was. It seemed to say that in this particular case, the Colorado human rights commissars showed explicit, anti-religious bias. That tainted their case that a vital public interest was served by punishing this Christian wedding cake baker. (He would sell cakes to everyone, but wouldn’t design a specific, gay-wedding cake.) But bureaucrats with a little more tact would likely get away with closing down Christian businesses. At least under the Court as it stands today. The priest holds up a Mini-Cheddar in a parody of the Host for a Catholic parishioner to receive. The presenter goes on to suggest Jesus 'wasted his time teaching small minds that love is no sin'. All this in a week when a Sunday Times poll found 20% of Catholics reported personally experiencing abuse or prejudice towards their faith and recent government figures on religiously aggravated crime showed 57% of it is now directed at Catholics, an increase of 14% ... and we all wonder why!!!

Claiming (falsely) that speaking against same-sex “marriage” and transgenderism kills people forces politically incorrect dissenters to remain silent. In 2015, “a major study published in Science, which purported to show that personal canvassing by  LGBT people  had an amazingly large effect on people’s opinions,”  reported   National Review ’s  Maggie Gallagher , it “was revealed to have been entirely faked, and in ways that one lone grad student, David Broockman, found easy to debunk. (The ‘scholar’ had even created easily checked fake grants from real foundations, thanking them publicly for grants they had never made.)” More recently, a study by a  Columbia University  researcher asserting that  minority stress is causing gays to die  a full 12 years earlier than straights has been debunked. The study’s authors said when it was released, “the results of this study suggest a broadening of the consequences of prejudice to include premature death.” The press loved the story

The Marriage Act provides that a minister of religion that's registered under a particular denomination is able to refuse to solemnise a marriage for any reason. So if a pastor in Mount Isa was registered as part of a denomination which is registered under the Marriage Act, they could refuse to solemnise a same-sex marriage , and they wouldn't be able to be sued for the discrimination. In section 47 of the Marriage Act it says 'Nothing imposes an obligation on an authorised celebrant, being a minister of religion, to solemnise any marriage. This protection did not extend to independent marriage celebrants, who could not rely on their attachment to a registered denomination under the Marriage Act. The U.S. Air Force has suspended from command a soon-to-have-been general because he didn’t sign a document endorsing same-sex “marriage.” Colonel Leland B.H. Bohannon,  commander  of the Air Force Inspection Agency at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico , is a highly decorated officer who served his country for more than two decades. He flew combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, and throughout his stellar career received the highest performance reviews from superiors. Among the devout Christian’s many commendation medals are the Bronze Star, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal , and the Air Medal .   But just before being promoted to Brigadier General , he was stripped of his command and his elevation was cancelled because he had someone else sign a thank you note.
