UK wants to bully other countries to promote homosexuality

Image
The Prime Minister of Britain wants to promote to any Commonwealth country their immoral homosexual laws. They will assist in spreading the sin of homosexuality. She is essentially doing the work of Satan. The Bible is very clear regarding leaders and the sin of homosexuality. Times have not changed. Theresa May said she “deeply regrets” the moral legislation established by Britain that prohibited the sin of homosexuality spreading. Suddenly May now wants to promote the immoral homosexual agenda across the Commonwealth. Who does she think she is?  Addressing the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London this morning, she went on: “The UK stands ready to support any Commonwealth member wanting to change legislation that makes such discrimination possible. The world has changed.” Now, Mrs May, the world has not changed - just a small group of LGBT extremists and large companies that want to bully their immorality onto everybody. A common sense moral campaigner today c

Australia: One MP spoke out against homosexual marriage

Image
Some would suggest that opposition to same-sex marriage revolved around morality. But I’ve got to say that, for many people around this country who voted no, that wasn’t the issue. The issue for them was freedom. The issue for me was about freedom and the protection of freedoms in this country if we have a change to the law such as this. It’s not about morality for me or for most other people. I’ve never pretended to be a paragon of virtue. I’m a Christian, I’ve fallen short of the mark, like so many other Christians . In my past, I lived, unmarried, with a girl for many years. So I’m not going to get up on my high horse and moralise to other people. I’ve been to wild bucks parties; I’ve been out on nights with uni mates, to places where good Christians shouldn’t go—I’ve done all of that. So I’m not going to get up and lecture other people. I haven’t lived a saintly life. The saint I come closest to is Augustine, who had a great prayer: ‘O Lord, grant me chastity—but not yet.’ So

Gay Marriage and Abortion – Act of Terror by Supreme Court

Image
Gay Marriage and Abortion – Act of Terror by Supreme Court Last Sunday, Pastor John MacArthur delivered a prophetic word that immediately reminded me of those “ Logic On Fire ” Lloyd-Jones addresses. At the evening message, MacArthur began by telling the congregation that while much that is very helpful has already been said regarding the recent legalization of same-sex “marriage,” he wanted to give additional clarity (you can listen to the message here ). He began by pointing out that our country often delineates our history through acts of terror and war. But he wanted us to know that in his opinion, the two biggest acts of terror our country have faced are both from our Supreme Court: the legalization of abortion, and now the legalization of SSM. How are those two connected? Well, the first attacks mothers, and second attacks families. The first means moms without kids, and the second means kids without moms. “This country talks a lot about terrorist attacks—and rightly so. A

John MacArthur responds to the homosexual marriage agenda

Image
If you've been watching the headlines over the last couple years, you may have noticed the incredible surge of interest in affirming homosexuality. Whether it's at the heart of a religious scandal, political corruption, radical legislation, or the redefinition of marriage, homosexual interests have come to characterize America. That's an indication of the success of the gay agenda. And some Christians, including somenational church leaders, have wavered on the issue even recently. But sadly, when people refuse to acknowledge the sinfulness of homosexuality--calling evil good and good evil ( Isaiah 5:20 )--they do so at the expense of many souls. How should you respond to the success of the gay agenda? Should you accept the recent trend toward tolerance? Or should you side with those who exclude homosexuals with hostility and disdain? In reality, the Bible calls for a balance between what some people think are two opposing reactions--condemnation and compassion. Really,

Pastor John Piper’s Response to Gay Marriage Ruling is AMAZING

In a 5-to-4 decision, the Supreme Court of the United States of America has ruled that states cannot ban same-sex marriage. The Bible is not silent about such decisions. Alongside its clearest explanation of the sin of homosexual intercourse ( Romans 1:24–27 ) stands the indictment of the approval and institutionalization of it. Though people know intuitively that homosexual acts (along with gossip, slander, insolence, haughtiness, boasting, faithlessness, heartlessness, ruthlessness) are sin, “they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them” ( Romans 1:29–32 ). “I tell you even with tears, that many glory in their shame” ( Philippians 3:18–19 ). This is what the highest court in our land did today — knowing these deeds are wrong, “yet approving those who practice them.” My sense is that we do not realize what a calamity is happening around us. The new thing — new for America, and new for history — is not homosexuality. That brokenness has been here since we were al

John Piper: Same-sex marriage is 'a mirage in our culture'

US church leader and theologian John Piper has addressed a controversial topic in the latest ' Ask Pastor John ' segment on his blog – would he marry a couple who have chosen to live together before they wed? Those who do not support pre-marital unions suggest that by agreeing to marry a co-habiting couple, a pastor endorses sin. Some even suggest that it is no different to marrying a gay or lesbian couple, which remains a hotly-debated topic within the Church. Piper –  a staunch opponent of homosexual marriage  - however, differentiates the two. "I would marry them in certain circumstances," he reveals of co-habiting heterosexual couples. The pastor notes his conviction that "sexual relations outside marriage is sin", but that "it is not unforgiveable". Piper shares that he would suggest that such a couple "repent and bear the fruit...And that fruit would be move out and stop living together until you are married. N

Why Homosexuality Is Not Like Other Sins

Image
Homosexuality is not the only sin mentioned in  1 Corinthians 6:9–10 . Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. It’s not the only sin mentioned, but it is different from all the rest, at least right now. At this moment in history, contrary to the other sins listed here, homosexuality is celebrated by our larger society with pioneering excitement. It’s seen as a good thing, as the new hallmark of progress. To be sure, the masses increasingly make no bones about sin in general. Innumerable people are idolaters, not to mention those who are sexually immoral, or who commit adultery, or who steal and are greedy and get wasted and revile neighbors and swindle others. It happens all the time. And  each  of these unrepentant sins
