The World Health Organization (WHO) has removed Gender Identity Disorder from its list of mental illnesses because they came under pressure from LGBT (Human Right Watch) who  reject the use of the term "mental health" even though they suffer from biological confusion.  So LGBT bullies an organization to align with its non-biological ideology!  According to Human Rights Watch, the change was finalized on Friday, March 25 at the 72nd World Health Assembly, the WHO’s chief decision-making body. The elimination of Gender Identity Disorder as a pathology was part of the eleventh revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-11). The WHO indicated that the revised catalogue will come into effect in January 2022. The tragic madness of gender ideology is on full display at the  New York Times  with the publication of an opinion article by a “trans” man who blithely reveals that that his “sex reassignment” treatments are making him more miserable, and even tempting him to kill himself – but that’s no reason to stop them. In fact, the writer argues, the notion that such operations are justified by the psychological needs of the patients is itself a form of discrimination and oppression. In his  essay , “My New Vagina Won’t Make Me Happy,” a troubled man who calls himself “Andrea Long Chu” informs us that any psychological benefit he might gain from the hole that will be carved between his legs – which is meant to simulate a vagina and which his body will interpret correctly as an injury – has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the surgery. The author of a new study on transgender teens that’s been censored by Brown University is responding to critics of her work, which suggests gender-confused teens are significantly influenced by outside pressure to “identify” as a different sex. Last week, we  reported that the study , authored by Brown University behavioral scientist Lisa Littman and published last month in the Public Library of Science’s journal PLOS One, found that 87% of the teens reviewed (via questionnaires to 256 parents) belonged to a friend group characterized by some degree of “social influence” on gender, such as other gender-confused teens; and that 63% of the teens had been diagnosed with at least one mental health disorder or neurodevelopmental disability before deciding they were a different gender. Most teens who identify as “transgendered” do so after joining peer groups with other gender-confused teens and have been previously diagnosed with at least one mental disorder, according to a new study being derided by pro-LGBT activists. Authored by Brown University behavioral scientist Lisa Littman and published last month in the Public Library of Science’s journal PLOS One, the study reviews 90-question surveys completed by 256 parents of gender-confused children.
