Taxpayer-funded ad shows homosexual couples kissing at NFL Pro Bowl

The National Football League is depicting same-sex activity as “love” and actively promoting homosexuality with an  ad  filmed last month at the Pro Bowl. At the NFL’s annual all-star game the week before the Super Bowl , a " Kiss Cam " scoured the crowd at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla. , to film kisses or hugs between lovers or friends. Using "Kiss Cam" footage of two homosexual men kissing and two lesbians kissing, the NFL and the Ad Council — using tax dollars — has produced an ad campaign entitled "Love has no labels." There is no warning at the beginning of the ad telling parents that children or offended adults will be exposed to a video that may be disturbing or contrary to their values. According to the Ad Council, the video featured people “across different races, religions,  genders, sexualities , abilities and ages.” After showing the homosexuals kiss, the ad concludes, "Love is about who you are, not what you are.

I  just saw  a commercial  during a football game that inspired me, and then irked me. A young black girl is shown growing up in the Civil Rights era , watching the achievements of African American athletes, political activists, and religious leaders. Believing she can become anything if she sets her mind to it, she fights for acceptance in financial firms, eventually graduates with an MBA, and becomes a Wall Street executive. “You may trod me in the very dirt,” she says, “but still, like dust, I rise.” It’s a great message.
