Gender ideology and other dogmas of the new global order

Image
Under the guise of fighting homophobia, sex education , freedom of choice, LGBT rights, and non-discrimination we are experiencing the imposition of gender ideology.  An ideology that is asserted all over the world with religious fervor. Unlike the Christian faith however, this set of beliefs is imposed rather than proposed. It is the intellectual underpinning of the homosexual movement.  It proposes that a person’s sex is not biologically determined but that it was historically socially constructed and that individuals should have the choice to determine their own sex – or gender.  It is a belief system that denies bodily reality and forbids even the consideration of the risk factors associated with abnormal sexual activity.  It employs the education system, national legislation, attacks on religion and the Church in an effort to achieve total adherence. To demonstrate how ubiquitous is the new faith, you may note that there are now 71 different genders to choose from when y

Using modern science to treat homosexuality

Image
Homosexuality is an issue that has been shaped by Western values , and is now front-and-center in almost every country and culture around the world, especially those societies influenced by secular humanism. But even more traditional societies, such as those in Africa, have not gone unaffected by it, given how social media shrinks our globe. In polemics over homosexuality, Catholicism is often falsely accused of being both “homophobic” and “anti-science.” But the Catholic Church is far from being against science, a fact that can be seen by the large number of priests who have been top scientists, such as Georges Lemaître, who proposed the Big Bang theory , and Gregor Mendel , the father of modern genetics. In fact, the Church encourages the upright work of scientists in all fields. Simply reading what the Church officially teaches about science—today and historically—would easily confirm this positive view (e.g., see parts 1 and 2 of the Introduction of the Congregation for th

Huge opposition mounts against gay ‘marriage’ in UK

Image
January 4, 2013 ( PJSaunders ) - With the coalition government about to publish their bill to legalise gay marriage in England and Wales there has been a huge increase in opposition to the measure over the last two months. Over 624,000 people have now signed the Coalition for Marriage (C4M)  petition  against the redefinition of marriage which simply reads as follows: ‘I support the legal definition of marriage which is the voluntary union for life of one man and one woman to the exclusion of all others. I oppose any attempt to redefine it.’ The petition has overwhelmed that of the ‘ Campaign for equal Marriage ’ (C4EM) which has attracted only 64,000 signatures, just over 10% of C4M’s total. This underlines the growing suspicion that the push to legalise gay marriage is the concern of a small liberal elite which does not speak for the majority. C4EM  is claiming  that of 649 MPs in total, 305 (47%) support the proposal and 114 oppose it with 14 neutrals and 216 un

Rebellious UK’s top Catholic bishop endorses gay civil unions against Pope

Image
Image via Wikipedia According to The Tablet , the Archbishop of Westminster, England , has publicly expressed support for homosexual civil unions , a move that appears to put him at odds with a clear Vatican decree against supporting such unions confirmed by Pope John Paul II and then- Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (now Pope Benedict) in 2003. Archbishop Vincent Nichols The Tablet reports that, while acknowledging that marriage and civil partnerships are not equal, Archbishop Vincent Nichols stated in a press conference late last month: “we would want to emphasise that civil partnerships actually provide a structure in which people of the same sex who want a lifelong relationship [and] a lifelong partnership can find their place and protection and legal provision.” “As a Church we are very committed to the notion of equality so that people are treated the same across all the activities of life,” Nichols is reported to have said. “The Church holds great store by the value of commitment
