Former Australian tennis champion, Reverend Margaret Court is under attack again for her religious moral views. Her application for funding to assist in the purchase of a new freezer truck to distribute food to the poor was recently turned down because of her Bible-based views on marriage and gender. Victory Life Centre is a church in Perth, Western Australia that was founded by Rev. Margaret Court in 1995. Its large charity arm, Victory Life Community Services, provides food and assistance to the needy in the Perth area.  Their application to Lotterywest, a funding organization with the responsibility of distributing grant money to worthy causes, was turned down by a unanimous decision of that organization’s Board, who cited Lotterywest’s “commitment to equality and inclusion” as the reason for their decision. Apparently their “commitment to equality and inclusion” doesn’t include tolerance of Christian beliefs. This type of behavior is what we see in North Korea and China. Susan Hunt

A man twice entered the changing room of a swimming pool and began disrobing, once in front of a young girls' swim team, saying transgender policies gave him the right to do so. The unidentified man entered Evans pool in Seattle near Green Lake last Monday, February 8, and began taking off his shirt in front of female patrons. When asked what he was doing, he said, "The law has changed and I have a right to be here." "Seeing this individual in the locker room, parents of swim team members (girls) and women who had paid for lap swim became alarmed and alerted our front desk staff," said Seattle Parks spokesman David Takami in a statement. "In response, an Evans pool staff member entered the women's locker room and asked the man to leave." They offered both the man and the girls the opportunity to use a family changing room. Clergy in the state of Georgia are one step closer to reinforced conscience protection after legislation passed by the Georgia House Thursday. House Bill 757 , also known as the Pastor Protection Act, protects religious officials from being forced to imitate marriage ceremonies for same-sex couples and was approved in a 161-0 vote, moving on now to the Georgia Senate . "Religious officials shall not be required to perform marriage ceremonies, perform rites, or administer sacraments in violation of their legal right to free exercise of religion ," the bill states. It also says refusal by an ordained person shall not result in a civil claim or cause of action against him, nor result in any state action of retribution toward him based on the refusal. The legislation protects churches from being forced to involve themselves in same-sex ceremonies as well and is considered the least controversial among numerous religious liberty bills currently under consideration in

Homosexuality is often seen as the worst of sins. But, what does the Bible say? 1. Any sin is enough to condemn to eternal Hell Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s command. They ate something God told them not to, and billions of people will end up burning in Hell because of it. That should give us a small idea about God’s holiness and how He views sin. James 2:10-11 is clear. Any sin puts us in the category of being law-breakers. We are criminals, and we will be judged. By nature and by choice, we all deserve Hell. 10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become accountable for all of it. 11 For he who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. However, notice that James 2:10-11 does not affirm what many claim it does, that is, that all sins are identical and that if you’ve committed one sin, you’ve committed them all.
