Critics slam Ontario’s new sex ed for promoting homosexuality, gender theory, masturbation

Image
Pro-family groups blasted Ontario premier Doug Ford’s government Wednesday over a sex-ed curriculum they say is a betrayal of parents and no better than the radical program Liberal premier Kathleen Wynne rolled out in 2015. They also denounced the Tory government’s “opt-out” provision, much touted in the press, as “completely ineffective.” After Ford’s landslide victory last June, his government scrapped Wynne’s 2015 sex-ed curriculum and reverted to a 2010 version pending promised consultations with parents, although Lisa Thompson, his education minister at the time, said students had to learn gender identity theory.   But most media accounts agree the Grade 1 to 8 sex-ed curriculum that education minister Stephen Lecce released online August 21 closely resembles the Liberal product Ford vowed during his election campaign to repeal. The Ford sex-ed curriculum “largely mirrors the previous Liberal government’s 2015 curriculum,” reported the  Globe and Mail . “The new docu

Accepting homosexuality led to accepting transgenderism and will likely lead to accepting pedophilia

Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel is commonly credited with defining the philosophical structure called dialectic. While I make no claim to be a serious student of Hegel or of philosophy in general, I think I understand the basics of dialectic reasoning enough to refer to its effect on our culture. In simple terms, the system suggests that cultures evolve through a pattern like this: Thesis (a new idea) --> antithesis (opposition to the new idea) --> synthesis (compromise). (No doubt some will call this an oversimplification of the process. But I believe it accurately depicts cultural evolution.) In our nation’s history, we can see examples of this dialectic process bringing about positive change. The abolition of slavery quickly comes to mind. But not all new ideas are worth pursuing. Probably the best example of a failed dialectic process is Communism. Karl Marx and Frederic Engels’ thesis was first met with fierce opposition. Eventually, however, antithesis gave way to synthesise

School bars mom from entering after she objected to gay ‘pride’ event for 5-year-olds

A Christian parent confronted the governors of her child’s primary school about the treatment she and her son received after she objected to the school’s mandatory homosexual “Pride Day” celebrations. That treatment included being barred from entering her five-year-old’s school to discuss the kindergartener being given four hours of detention after his mother’s objections to the LGBT event were made known. Izoduwa Adhedo was one of a group of parents who complained that their children, pupils at Heavers Farm Primary School in South East London, were compelled to take part in the June 29, 2018 “Proud to be Me” event. According to a statement released by the UK’s Christian Legal Centre (CLC), some of these parents, including Mrs. Adhedo, say that they were treated “dismissively” and “victimized” after their objections. CLC’s Robert Kiska said that when Adhedo met with Susan Papas, the principal, or “headteacher,” on September 19 to discuss her concerns, she was confronted by a teacher

‘You’re going to get yourself into trouble’ for rejecting LGBT agenda: CNN host to Kenyan President

Image
An incredulous and outraged Christiane Amanpour warned Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday that “you’re going to get yourself into trouble,” following his strong repudiation of the LGBT political agenda in a CNN interview with the journalist. After Kenyatta made it clear to Amanpour that Kenyan society rejects homosexual behavior and has no interest in establishing “rights” for the practice of sodomy, Amanpour took off her glasses, and, shaking her head, began to scold Kenyatta. “You’re going to get yourself into trouble, because what you’ve categorically just stated is that this is not an issue for us, for the Kenyan people, and you don’t think that the idea of their privacy, their equality, their rights, is important!” Amanpour told Kenyatta. “This is a global issue right now.” Amanpour told Kenyatta that Kenya’s law prohibiting sodomy is a “holdover” from “colonial Victorian” law, and claimed that homosexuals “just want to have equal rights the same privacy an

Trump names traditional marriage lawyer as Ambassador to immoral homosexual Netherlands

, member of the United States House of Representatives. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Pete Hoekstra , an ex-Congressman and member of the conservative Tea Party movement , is President Donald Trump ’s pick for ambassador to the Netherlands . This is an amazing and wonderful selection. The former representative will need approval from Senate and the Hague - often a formality in ambassadorial nominations - and he will return to work in the country of his birth. The pick may seem an astute one, given Hoekstra’s government experience and ties to the Dutch nation - he was born in the Netherlands, moving to the U.S. at age three, before eventually representing a constituency with a large Dutch-American community including his hometown of Holland Michigan , named for the biggest region in the Netherlands. But his views on homosexual sin put him at odds with the the first country to legalize immoral homosexual marriage . Previously, Obama forced homosexual US ambassadors onto countries

Has the intervention of Pope Francis returned the Synod to heterodox trajectory?

Image
The Ordinary Synod on the Family moved much closer yesterday to a repudiation of the teachings of the Catholic Church on human sexuality. The hopes of faithful Catholics were raised on Monday by the reassertions of Catholic orthodoxy made in the relazione introduttiva of the General Relator of the Synod, Peter Cardinal Erdo , Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest . Yesterday Erdo’s report and position were seriously undermined after an intervention of Pope Francis indicated to the synod fathers that the question of Holy Communion for the “divorced and remarried” was still open. Cardinal Erdo was also undermined by remarks made by synod fathers invited to a press conference organised by Holy See press spokesman Fr Lombardi S.J. Cardinal Erdo’s  relazione introduttiva In his opening report, delivered on Monday morning, Cardinal Erdo upheld Catholic doctrine across the whole spectrum of teachings pertaining to human sexuality. The General Relator decisively rejected the proposal o

Children of Homosexual parents

Are children reared by two individuals of the same gender as well adjusted as children reared in families with a mother and a father? Until recently the unequivocal answer to this question was “no.” Within the last decade, however, professional health organizations, 1  academics, social policymakers and the media have begun asserting that prohibitions on parenting by same-sex couples should be lifted. In making such far-reaching, generation-changing assertions, any responsible advocate would rely upon supporting evidence that is comprehensive and conclusive. Not only is this not the situation, but also there is sound evidence that children exposed to the homosexual lifestyle may be at increased risk for emotional, mental, and even physical harm. Biology matters Over thirty years of research confirms that children fare best when reared by their two biological parents in a loving low conflict marriage. Children navigate developmental stages more easily, are more solid in their ge
