New video exposes gender identity lies

Image
A new hard-hitting video exposes the gender identity crisis and explains how in the name of tolerance, diversity, and freedom that children and families are deliberately being targeted. Produced by Family Life International NZ, the video,   Family Planning’s Manufactured Gender Identity Crisis , delves into the concept of identity and the direct and deliberate attack on sexual norms that entices people to give in to selfish whims and fantasies.  Michael Loretz, who fronts the video, points out that this kind of thinking leads people to “lose the ability, and in the end, the will, to forge strong families of their own.” While aimed at New Zealand parents and all people of good will, the video has a message that everyone concerned for the welfare of children and the dignity of the human person needs to hear. The insidious push for society to accept that people can choose which gender they are, and that their gender is something other than male or female, is a dangerous

Five things to know about ‘gender dysphoria’ in children

Image
“Gender dysphoria” (GD) is a condition in which a person may feel unhappy with his or her biological sex, express a desire to be the opposite sex, or even insist that he or she is of the opposite sex from what his or her genes and anatomy indicate. People who choose to adopt a “gender identity” different from their biological sex are known as “transgender.” This condition is increasingly being identified not merely in adults, but even in very young, pre-pubescent children. The American College of Pediatricians (an organization formed as an alternative to the larger and more liberal American Academy of Pediatrics), has now released an important paper on “Gender Dysphoria in Children.” It provides a significant medical and scientific counterweight to the growing ideology that demands affirmation of “transgender” identities—even in children. I encourage those interested to read the College’s press release and the full study . For those wanting a brief summary, however, here are fiv

A hit list of Christian colleges?

WASHINGTON—The U.S. Department of Education has agreed to create a searchable database to publicize which Christian colleges and universities have applied for exemptions from a 44-year-old gender-equality law. The announcement comes a month after the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest LGBT advocacy group, accused Christian institutions of “hidden discrimination” for obtaining Title IX waivers. The same day HRC released its report , Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and seven other Democratic senators asked the agency to increase transparency around the exemptions, which they said “allow for discrimination under the guise of religious liberty.” Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex and is best known for requiring equity between men’s and women’s athletic teams. But in 2014, the Department of Education expanded its interpretation of the word “sex” to include gender identity—meaning, for example, a male student who identifies as

UK girls’ schools instructed not to call students ‘girls’: could offend transgender students

Image
Teachers at a conference for UK girls' schools last week were instructed to call students “pupils” instead of “girls” so as to avoid offending the gender-confused. A group called Gendered Intelligence made the recommendation at the Summer 2016 Briefing of the Girls’ Schools Association (GSA), which represents the heads of many of the top independent day and boarding schools in the UK.   Gendered Intelligence is a non-profit that provides “trans awareness training for all sectors and educational workshops for schools, colleges, Universities and other educational settings” and specializes in “supporting young trans people aged 8-25,” according to its website. Gendered Intelligence delivers presentations on transgenderism to UK schoolchildren   as young as four   and runs a London youth group for children starting at age eight. “Some people feel like using she/her pronouns sometimes and he/him pronouns at other times,” Gendered Intelligence’s website explains, while othe

Obama State Department offers funding to transgender pressure groups overseas

Image
The Obama State Department is putting enormous pressure on traditional countries to regularize, promote, and protect what many consider to be disordered, even psychotic behavior, specifically related to those who think they are the wrong sex. The Global Equity Fund, founded in 2011 by the US State Department, is inviting applications for groups that want to promote transgenderism in foreign countries. The grants are aimed in part at legal groups to force governments to recognize the transgender ideology, that is, the ideas aimed at normalizing transgendered behavior. The grant objectives include calls to reform judicial systems that may reject transgenderism and also encourages the formation of legal groups that will sue governments and also try to entice “regional and international human rights mechanisms” to intervene. The Global Equity Fund also hopes to force governments to pay for sex change operations, whereby healthy organs — breasts and penises — are amputated so th

Experts rip study claiming only 48% of teens identify as straight

A new poll that alleges teenagers are gender-fluid is getting panned by pro-life researchers, a media expert, and a polling professor. Last week, The Innovation Group, part of the international trend forecasting and data analytical group J. Walter Thompson Company , released a study of Millennials and "Generation Z" Americans that they claimed shows teenage Americans were more gender-fluid in self-identity, and in their choice of clothing and other product purchases. "We did a survey of Gen Z for a report released in May 2015 and found that 81 percent said that gender doesn't define a person as much as it used to," Shepherd Laughlin, the director of trendspotting at J. Walter Thompson, told Broadly. The new study's findings were presented in Austin, Texas at a panel entitled "Generation Z and Gender: Beyond Binaries." Laughlin told Broadly that while fewer than one thousand people responded to the poll, he was "90 percent"
