A UK High Court judge ruled today that it was “unlawful” for police to investigate a man for writing tweets critical of men who say they’re ‘women’ and to record it as a “hate incident.” Mr. Justice Julian Knowles stated that for a member of Humberside Police to go to the workplace of Harry Miller and upbraid him for his political opinions was a “disproportionate interference" with Miller’s freedom of expression.  Last January,  Humberside police officers went to Miller’s business to investigate a third-party complaint that Miller had posted “transphobic” tweets. Miller had retweeted a poem that poked at transgenderism which allegedly included the lines, “Your breasts are made of silicone, your vagina goes nowhere.” Miller had also written in a tweet: “I was assigned mammal at birth, but my orientation is fish. Despite nonstop promotion from corporations, the mainstream media, the entertainment industry, and progressive politicians, a new set of polls seems to indicate that younger people are growing increasingly uncomfortable with the growing extremism of the LGBTQ movement. Additionally, as the movement shifts into the post-gay "marriage" era and begins to radicalize around gender fluidity, transgenderism, and the rejection of science in favor of self-identification, many of those who were neutral or supportive are deciding that this is where they get off the train. The statistics are genuinely surprising. According to the annual  Accelerating Acceptance report , the number of youth between the ages of 18 and 34  who are  “comfortable interacting with LGBTQ people” dropped from 53% in 2017 to 45% in 2018, which is already a decrease from 63% in 2016. Much of their ideology is simply too radical for ordinary men and women to accept, and as such trans activists have relied on the institutions where they have accrued power—progressive political parties, academia, and the media—to push and enforce their agenda. But despite this, their ideas have not actually gained as much traction in the broader population as their cultural clout might suggest. A biological male who says he’s a “woman” has filed a human rights complaint against a hair-removal spa in Ontario . The male claims he was discriminated against after he couldn’t get a Brazilian wax because the Muslim woman on staff doesn’t wax the male genital area for religious reasons.  The anonymous trans "woman" complainant alleges Mad Wax Spa in Windsor, Ontario, denied him services because of his gender identity and expression. The male is seeking $50,000 compensation for the “immense harm to my dignity,”   CTV Windsor   reported. In his application to the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal , the complainant states he called the spa to ask about a leg wax , according to CTV Windsor.
