Transgender Lawyer and Bully takes Christian Cake maker to court again

Image
Jack Phillips owes Autumn Scardina (transgender lawyer above) and the Colorado Civil Rights Commission a thank you.  WHY? Phillips owns the Masterpiece Cakeshop in Lakewood where he employs his artistry in designing custom cakes. On June 4, 2018, the US Supreme Court ruled in his favor on a now-famous case about his refusal, based on religious beliefs, to custom-design a cake celebrating the marriage of a gay couple in 2012. At that time, Phillips offered, instead, to sell them any standard cake off the shelf. Scardina is an activist, transsexual lawyer who has been pursuing a vendetta against Phillips and his beliefs.   It’s clearly no coincidence that on June 26, 2017, the very day that SCOTUS agreed to hear Phillips’ case, Scardina called the cake shop requesting that Phillips design a custom cake with a blue exterior and a pink interior to symbolize Scardina’s transition from male to female (get it? ─ symbolizing Scardina as a man in appearance but really a woman on the i

Whole Foods sues gay pastor who claimed they put slur on his ‘Love Wins’ cake

Openly homosexual pastor Jordan Brown filed a lawsuit claiming that a Whole Foods in Austin added an anti-gay slur to a cake he ordered. Now, the chain has launched a lawsuit alleging he lied about the whole incident. Brown said he asked for a cake that said "Love Wins," but after he left the store he discovered the cake said "Love Wins Fag." In a lawsuit filed within hours of buying the cake on Monday, Brown said he was seeking damages and monetary relief for   mental anguish, court costs and other expenses . Whole Foods Market quickly produced a surveillance video disputing his story. “Our team member wrote 'Love Wins' at the top of the cake as requested by the guest, and that's exactly how the cake was packaged and sold at the store,” Whole Foods Marketing Field Associate Rachel Malish responded. "Our team members do not accept or design bakery orders that include language or images that are offensive," Malish said.  "

National Surveys Show Decline in Support for Same-sex 'Marriage' We reported last week about the phenomenal change in public opinion concerning the public's support for same-sex 'marriage' as documented by a national survey conducted by the Associated Press/Gfk . The AP/GfK survey found support for SSM down 6 points since April, and opposition up by 4 points — a combined 10 point swing in public opinion. Two other national polls have been released, both showing a similar trend. Ipsos/Reuters found in its most recent survey that 51% of adults support same-sex 'marriage,' down 3 points since April. And the latest Gallup poll showed support for same-sex 'marriage' at 58% with opposition at 40%. As we've pointed out previously , the support number is artificially high due to Gallup's use of the dubious practice of "priming" whereby they ask a leading question designed to elicit support for same-sex couples right before asking about ga

This evangelist asked a gay bakery to make a traditional marriage cake. Now he may face charges.

April 9, 2015 ( LifeSiteNews.com ) – Joshua Feuerstein was just trying to make a point. Now, he may face legal action, as a bakery that refused to provide him with a cake opposing same-sex “marriage” threatens to sue him for taking their conversation public. The bakery owner is also threatening to press charges related to the recording of the phone call.  In the wake of heated national debate over whether business owners should have the right to refuse to participate in same-sex “weddings” that violate their religious beliefs, Feuerstein, an internet evangelist, decided to see if pro-gay business owners would give him the same deference as a Christian that homosexual activists are demanding Christian business owners give to same-sex couples, even if they disagreed with his worldview. He made a tape of himself calling Florida-based bakery “Cut the Cake” and asking them to make a cake decorated with the words, “We do not support gay marriage.” As Feuerstein expected, the bake
