This agenda was 32 years in the making by one homosexual man. He decided to make it a court issue. He would use lawyers and pressure groups. First, the community had to be softened up to accept immoral sodomy and make it nice.  That was Hollywood's role. Hollywood had to soften people's response to sodomy.
