How would you answer this question? Which group is the smallest, most rejected minority in our country? African Americans have certainly suffered terribly through our history. But they are not the smallest minority today, making up roughly 12 percent of the population. And, despite ongoing issues they face, African Americans are certainly not the most rejected. Perhaps it is Native Americans ? They make up less than 1 percent of our population, so they are certainly very small. And their suffering over the centuries has been intense, with their communities facing immense difficulties to this hour. But they are neglected more than rejected. To most of our country, Native Americans are, sadly, out of sight and out of mind. And there is another, suffering minority that is smaller still. What about the LGBT movement ? Students and parents at Auburn High School are asking for the removal of a gay pride flag hung in one of the classrooms by a teacher, ironically applying the argument used to take down Confederate battle flags and statues of Civil War figures from government buildings, college campuses and other public venues. The pride flag in the teacher’s classroom “creates a hostile and provocative learning environment for students not comfortable to openly supporting the LGBTQ + community in a public school where students come from diverse political and religious backgrounds,” according to a Change.org petition filed by Andrew Monk of Auburn. The petition had nearly 3,600 signatures by press time with an initial goal of 5,000. The teacher is identified in the petition as Mrs. Yeager. The Auburn High School website lists Justin Yeager as a mathematics teacher and Donna Yeager teaching social studies.  A shocking video has surfaced showing a little girl waving a rainbow flag in front of a nearly nude male dancer during a “ gay pride ” celebration. She appears to be all alone on the crowded sidewalk as she watches the man gyrate and provocatively tug at his crotch. Shot through the crossbars of scaffolding, the video has a voyeuristic , “peeping Tom” feel, as if the guys with the camera sense the evil naughtiness of what is going on. The barrier between them and the girl underscores the fact that they prefer to anonymously mock her rather than help her. During the short video , 40 or so people stroll by and walk around her as if she were nothing more than an inanimate object, as if it were utterly unextraordinary – mundane – to witness the destruction of innocence in a child. The passersby barely even notice her. But the guys taking the video do notice her, and as the video proceeds, they laugh at her and make wisecracks:   I wanna be like that when I grow up ...

A Calgary bus driver who is a faithful Christian and married father of two children has been fired from his job after stating publicly last week that he would refuse to drive a city bus decked out by his employer to promote the city’s Gay ‘Pride’ festival. “They called me in and read me a statement saying that I would no longer be working for them,” Jesse Rau, former Calgary Transit Authority employee, told LifeSiteNews in an exclusive interview. TORONTO, February 19, 2014  – Toronto Mayor Rob Ford reiterated his opposition to flying a rainbow flag at city hall during the Sochi Olympics in a segment Tuesday for his Ford Nation  show on YouTube .  Ford had demanded the flag be removed February 7, but appeared to relent at the time. In his video Tuesday, Ford said he was responding to an email from a woman asking if he wants to be re-elected and if so why he does not "support all citizens."
