Suspended priest sells $750 ‘Catholic Nuptual Mass’ for gay couples
A Catholic priest suspended from his California post for supporting gay “marriage” is now selling “Catholic Nuptual Masses” to both heterosexual and homosexual couples. California Catholic Daily reported July 14 that Geoffrey Farrow , formerly a priest at St. Paul Newman Center in Fresno, is now selling the rites alongside the sacrifice of the Mass for $750 each on FatherGeoffWeddings.com. On the website , Farrow describes the ceremonies and notes, “All of these wedding rites may be adapted for Same-sex couples .” “Sadly, in California at this time Civil Marriage Licenses are denied to Same-sex couples. We can however celebrate Union Ceremonies for Same-sex couples. We continue to work for the day that Same-sex couples will enjoy the same full Civil Rights as Opposite-sex couples currently are afforded,” he adds. Farrow also offers ceremonies without the sacrament, the “Simple Catholic Marriage Rite” and a “ Secular Wedding ceremony,” for a reduced rate of $500 each. Colin
