(Photo credit: Wikipedia ) T he Ottawa Catholic School Board reversed the decision of one of its principals last week, allowing two grade six girls to go ahead with a project on “gay rights.” Board chairperson Ted Hurley said it had become “clear” that the girls’ purpose was in line with Catholic teaching and merely aimed “to combat the kinds of behaviour and attitudes that can lead to bullying of gay people.” However, on the weekend the girls were photographed lunching with the founder of a homosexual activist organization that exists to promote the normalization of homosexuality among young people in school. The photo, taken by one of the girls’ moms and  posted to Twitter  on Sunday, shows 11-year-old Quinn Maloney-Tavares and her friend Polly Hamilton posing with homosexual activist Jeremy Dias, founder of Jer’s Vision, in an Ottawa -area restaurant. Wyatt Maines, now 17, began living as a girl in 3 rd  grade with the apparent blessing of the Orono School District, which allowed him to go by the name “Nicole” and use facilities meant for females even though he is biologically male. But today marriage tends to mean just about any relationship you can think of—first so-called same-sex marriage, now polyamory, or even polygamy are said to be just as valid. Or as Dr. Timothy George of Beeson Divinity School called it in a recent First Things article, “same-self marriage.” Dr. George, of course, was a close colleague of Chuck Colson and the past president of the Colson Center’s Board of Directors. Ever since 1948, when the  Kinsey Report  suggested 1-in-10, Americans have accepted wildly exaggerated figures. Last year,  The Smithsonian , the official web magazine of the famous museum in Washington DC, even suggested that it was 1-in-5! However, a  recent government survey  in the United Kingdom found that in 2013, 1.6% of UK adults identified as gay, lesbian or bisexual. This is a very small proportion of the population, but it becomes even smaller when the figures are broken up. Only 1.6% of men identified as gay; only 0.8% of women as lesbians; and 0.5% of men and women as bisexual. The percentages varied hugely by region. In London the figure for gay, lesbians or bisexual was 3.2% but in the North East region , it was only 1.

Egale Canada (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) On Tuesday the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC)  announced  plans to partner with two leading homosexual advocacy groups to promote the homosexual agenda among current Olympic athletes, and Olympic hopefuls in Canadian schools . The COC signed an agreement with You Can Play and Egale Canada in order to "foster LGBTQ inclusivity in national sport" by creating homosexuality-focused "resources" to be incorporated into the Canadian Olympic School Program (COSP), which will focus its efforts on students from grades six to eight. The initiative will also create a new "OneTeam Athlete Ambassador" program, which will promote visits to schools across the country by homosexuality-endorsing athletes. The “Panti Bar” is owned by Rory O’Neill, himself a celebrity who performs in drag under the name Panti Bliss. While O’Neill/Panti was absent, the “LGBT” caucus within the ruling Fine Gael party was there for Christmas drinks and so was its founder and Fine Gael notable Jerry Buttimer , along with Education Minister James Reilly.
