In court on March 24, federal public servant Scott Dignan, 47, admitted to placing a tiny key fob video camera in the bathroom of the home he shared with his homosexual partner Eric Charron in order to record a 13-year-old boy using the toilet, during a party in the house on January 25, 2013 attended by the boy and his mom.
