What’s behind the war on the innocence of children?

Image
Safe Schools (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Australia; Victoria has become the epicentre of a bizarre war on the innocence of children driven by an LGBTIQ agenda about which parents are kept deliberately clueless. In this week’s E-news you can read ACL Victorian Director   Dan Flynn’s responses to the latest revelations   about what will become compulsory through the so called “Respectful Relationships” program. Victoria is where the so-called “ Safe Schools ” program originated and “Respectful Relationships” draws from the same rainbow ideology. It is extreme sexual expressionism taught to high school students as normal all dressed up as an anti-domestic violence initiative. It is unclear how the normalisation of often degrading sexual acts helps in the war against domestic violence or helps boys learn respect for girls. In this week’s E-news we also release   a new paper that delves in detail behind the ideology that is driving “Safe Schools” and “Respectful Relationshi

Australia: To marriage ‘equality’ militants: Take our olive branch and shove it

People seem to forget that the marriage plebiscite was offered as a compromise by social conservatives to deal with an issue which has dogged politics for a decade. There have been 18 failed attempts to push same-sex marriage through parliament since 2004. When does no mean no? For defenders of traditional marriage, the plebiscite was a significant concession and a risk they didn’t need to take.  But if the other side doesn’t want to come half way, then so be it. Take our olive branch and shove it where the sun don’t shine. Lyle Shelton from the Australian Christian Lobby .   “I never thought I would be meeting secretly in this country in my lifetime,” says Lyle Shelton, managing director of the Australian Christian Lobby. “It’s not the Australia I grew up in or the Australia I want for my children.” Shelton says his receptionist at ACL’s Canberra offices is regularly distressed by abusive phone calls. Uninvited visitors have intimidated staff. ACL now has to lock its d

Australia: Homosexual force Christians to cancel meeting - with physical threats

The Left claims a debate on gay marriage will unleash the haters. But these hypocrites meant themselves - and now threats by same-sex marriage activists have forced Christians to cancel a meeting . A ferocious campaign against Christian groups planning to meet on same-sex marriage has forced them to cancel the event at a major hotel next week, amid claims of physical threats from marriage-equality advocates. The Accor Hotels group confirmed late yesterday that the function had been abandoned after a social media storm triggered phone calls that “rattled” employees and left the company concerned about the safety of staff and guests. In the first test of the “civil” debate promised for a plebiscite on gay marriage, advocates for the “yes” case were being blamed last night for the kind of “ hate speech ” that Bill Shorten and others have claimed would come from the “no” case. A spokeswoman for the Mercure Sydney Airport Hotel said the campaign by marriage-equality advocates had forced

Australian votes down Same Sex Marriage

Image
Image via Wikipedia The Australian Senate has voted down a motion by the Green Party that called on the federal government to support same-sex “marriage.” The motion was put forward by Green Senator Sarah Hanson-Young , who told the Senate that Prime Minster Julia Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott , both of whom oppose any amendment to the Marriage Act 1961 , were out of step with community attitudes on same-sex “marriage.” “The prime minister and the opposition leader are, of course, entitled to their personal views, but I do not believe they should be imposing their views on the rest of the community on this issue,” she told the Senate on July 6th. Hanson-Young added that a same-sex “marriage” vote should be on conscience rather than along party lines. The motion was defeated in a vote of 31 to 9, with only the Senate’s nine Greens voting in favor of it. Hanson-Young’s motion, available starting on page 32 of July 6th  Hansard , pointed to gay “marriage” legislat
