Trans ‘woman’ sues spa over Muslim woman’s refusal to wax his genitals

Image
A biological male who says he’s a “woman” has filed a human rights complaint against a hair-removal spa in Ontario . The male claims he was discriminated against after he couldn’t get a Brazilian wax because the Muslim woman on staff doesn’t wax the male genital area for religious reasons.  The anonymous trans "woman" complainant alleges Mad Wax Spa in Windsor, Ontario, denied him services because of his gender identity and expression. The male is seeking $50,000 compensation for the “immense harm to my dignity,”   CTV Windsor   reported. In his application to the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal , the complainant states he called the spa to ask about a leg wax , according to CTV Windsor. But spa manager, president and CEO Jason Carruthers told   PJ Media   the man specifically asked about a Brazilian wax, which involves stripping off all pubic hair. “She [sic] never once asked for a leg wax [from] us,” Carruthers said. “She [sic] said, ‘Women have penises a

Court affirms Christian’s right to refuse in good faith to make ‘LGBT Pride’ shirts

The Kentucky Court of Appeals on Friday upheld a previous court victory for a Christian who in 2012 declined to make a t-shirt for the Lexington homosexual “Pride Festival,” saying to do so would violate his faith. Blaine Adamson's Lexington-based company, Hands On Originals Christian Outfitters, offers "high quality, customized Christian apparel," according to its  website . “The right of free speech does not guarantee to any person the right to use someone else’s property,” wrote Appeals Court Chief  Judge Joy Kramer .  “The ‘conduct’ Hands On Originals chose not to promote was pure speech. … Nothing in the fairness ordinance prohibits Hands On Originals, a private business, from engaging in viewpoint or message censorship.” In 2014, Adamson was found to be in violation of Lexington’s pro- LGBT “non-discrimination” ordinance by the city’s Human Rights Commission after politely turning down the “Lexington Pride Festival” design requested by the Gay and

Just want privacy - Gay Bathroom debacle

Image
Across the USA the gender-bending ideology of the Obama administration and LGBT extremists is being imposed by government bureaucrats without regard to the safety or privacy of girls and women. In Washington state, there is a chance to do something to stop it, but only if we act immediately to help with an urgent appeal. Washington state's grossly mis-named and unelected Human Rights Commission took the horrendous step of passing a rule that opened all of the state's public locker rooms, bathrooms, and other intimate facilities to men simply based on them claiming a female 'gender identity.' It applies to every public school, park, ball field and public building. In Washington State 75% of those polled agree men do not belong in intimate facilities reserved for girls and women such as locker and changing rooms or bathrooms and showers. If we can get the measure on the ballot, we have an excellent chance to repeal this dangerous rule. Our children deserve to have

Mexico conference on overcoming same-sex attraction cancelled after homosexualist campaign

Image
MEXICO CITY , February 7, 2014 – A conference by a self-described ex-homosexual who offers therapy for people with unwanted same-sex attraction has been cancelled by its venue due to harassment and pressure from pro-homosexual groups. In an email to the Mexican newspaper El Norte, Richard Cohen, who organized the “How to Love Correctly” conference, wrote: “This is an evident denial of our human right of free speech and free expression.” He said that he “won’t allow for a few who fear my message to stop others who seek to find hope,” and added that if he didn’t find another place for his conference he will “stand in the street and give my talk.” The conference, sponsored by the Mexican Center for Psycho-traumatism, was to be held on February 12 in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon , in Mexico, at the Labastida School, a Catholic institution run by the Daughters of Mary Immaculate of Guadalupe. The event’s organizers have offered to reimburse ticket holders. In the email to El N

Homosexual Zealots pressure Ireland, Serbia, Kosovo, Russia, Nigeria, Uganda, India and Malta

ROME, January 17, 2014 ( LifeSiteNews.com ) – The homosexualist lobby, one of the most powerful at the European Union and Council of Europe, has been busy over the last month, particularly with preparations for opposing Russia’s “gay propaganda ban” in the lead up to the Sochi Winter Olympics. The main player in Europe’s branch of the movement is  ILGA Europe , (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association,) an NGO funded directly by the European Union and a consortium of far-left foundations.  The group works tirelessly and systematically to bring  the homosexualist ideology  to legal and social fruition in every country of the European Union, issuing demands, normally with the wholehearted support of activist MEPs, that nations like Serbia and Croatia toe the line before they are considered for membership in the EU. In countries where civil partnerships are already established, they work to change the definition of marriage to include same-sex p

Flour power: bakers stick to beliefs despite backlash from gay activists

City Hall of Portland, Oregon (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) January 20, 2014 ( FRC ) - In a politically correct world, the costs of running a business are a lot more than dollars and cents. For Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of a small Oregon bakery, the price is their First Amendment rights . Their dream of opening a dessert shop near Portland, Oregon turned into a nightmare when two lesbians refused to take "no" for an answer on their request for a same-sex "wedding" cake. Exactly one year ago, the Kleins explained that they couldn't take the order because it would violate their faith to participate in a same-sex "marriage" ceremony. Furious, the women filed a complaint with the state. The story made national headlines, as the young couple became another face in the war on religious liberty. "We still stand by what we believe from the beginning," Aaron told reporters. "I'm not sure what the future holds, but as far as

Citzenship: Homosexual Rights trump your Christian beliefs or be fined!

The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled Thursday against a photographer who declined to use her artistic expression to communicate the story of a same-sex ceremony. In a concurrence accompanying the opinion , one of the justices wrote that the photographer and her husband, Elaine and Jonathan Huguenin, “now are compelled by law to compromise the very religious beliefs that inspire their lives,” adding “it is the price of citizenship.” “The idea that free people can be ‘compelled by law to compromise the very religious beliefs that inspire their lives’ as the ‘price of citizenship’ is a chilling and unprecedented attack on freedom,” said Senior Counsel Jordan Lorence. “Americans are now on notice that the price of doing business is their freedom. We are considering our next steps, including asking the U.S. Supreme Court to right this wrong.” A Rasmussen poll last month found that “If a Christian wedding photographer who has deeply held religious beliefs opposing same-sex marriage is as

Pastor blasted by Homosexual advocate now human Rights commissioner

It's hard to believe, but even in Iowa opponents of God's design for marriage have resorted to name calling, threats, and bias behavior. In  Sioux City , during the 2010 campaign to unseat three renegade judges, Scott Raasch sent this email to a Christian pastor, Rev. Cary Gordon, who campaigned against gay marriage : Raasch wrote, "You will get what's coming to you sooner or later. I hope you rot in hell," adding, "I think there are many people that deserve to burn in hell...including you and your entire family." These are not the words of tolerance or civility, and they certainly do not lift up human rights . Despite these threats, Mr. Raasch now sits on the  Sioux City Human Rights Commission . Even though he's since apologized for his outrageous language, can Iowans who believe in true marriage really expect justice and impartiality when the person responsible for protecting human rights so viciously attacks the right to speak the truth about
