China released a new regulation Friday banning any display of “abnormal sexual behaviors” — including homosexuality — in online video and audio content. The regulation , published by the China Netcasting Services Association ( CNSA ), lays out strict censorship rules for online content ranging from movies and documentaries to cartoons and educational videos, according to Reuters . Under the new rules, content will be edited or even banned if it promotes “luxurious lifestyles,” shows “violent and criminal processes in detail,” demonstrates “obscenity” including masturbation or displays “abnormal sexual behaviors" such as homosexuality. The homosexualist movement lobbied hard in the late sixties, at the height of the sexual revolution , to have homosexuality removed from psychiatric diagnostic manuals. This goal was accomplished in 1973, when the  American Psychiatric Association  (APA) became the first to remove it from the  Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders  (DSM-II). Whereas I tend to express myself in prose, Manuel is a beautiful artist, and he has created many wonderful graphics expressing his protest against the same-sex parenting movement. This piece is one that I particularly like, with the image of the "APA" and it's "Big Lie" -- the lie that children of same-sex couples feel no loss at lacking a mother or father. The detail of the couple with the pin popping the bubble is awesome. The APA , we should remember, classified homosexuality as a mental disease for over 100 years.
