Texas House passes bill stopping homosexuals to adopt

Would you permit these men to adopt a child? The Texas House of Representatives has become the latest state legislative body to pass a bill allowing adoption and foster care agencies to prevent homosexuals from adopting children and influencing them with their homosexual lifestyle.  Known as the “ Freedom to Serve Children Act ,” Texas House Bill 3859 allows state-funded child welfare agencies in that state to prevent homosexuals being unbalanced family units (all male) on the basis of reason and faith. The legislation, penned by Republican Rep. James Frank, prevents the state from taking “adverse action” against any service provider that acts in accordance with its ,“sincerely held religious beliefs.” The measure passed the House Wednesday afternoon by a vote of 93 to 49 after debate continued long into the night Tuesday. It now faces the state Senate . The act wisely allows adoption and foster care agencies to prevent vulnerable children from being placed in homosexual h

New South Dakota law: adoption agencies can’t be forced to place kids with same-sex couples

South Dakota Gov.  Dennis Daugaard signed a law last week preventing faith-based adoption agencies from facing government discrimination for not placing children with same-sex couples. The law is  Senate Bill 149 , sponsored by Senator Alan Solano, R-District 32, and Representative Steven Haugaard, R-District 10.  "No child-placement agency may be required to provide any service that conflicts with, or provide any service under circumstances that conflict with any sincerely-held religious belief or moral conviction of the child-placement agency," it states. These beliefs "shall be contained in a written policy, statement of faith, or other document adhered to by a child-placement agency."  "The state may not discriminate or take any adverse action against a child-placement agency or an organization seeking to become a child-placement agency" because of its sincerely-held religious or moral beliefs, the law continues. Australia: Queensland to legalize homosexual adoption - putting kids at risk

As part of a planned overhaul of the state's adoption laws, which were last reviewed under a Labor government in 2009, the Palaszczuk Labor government will introduce legislation this month which will allow singles, same-sex couples and couples undergoing IVF the right to adopt children. This will place children at risk especially for homosexual couples. This is the only logic that the minister can produce regarding making radical changes: "It is about time that Queensland caught up with other Australian states and territories to allow same sex couples to adopt children in Queensland," Communities Minister Shannon Fentiman said.  Other states go down a dangerous path therefore Queensland should follow! Why would a minister be excited about promoting an immoral relationship: "I am very excited that our review of the Adoption Act saw an overwhelming response from the Queensland community supporting same-sex adoption." The minister is proud of promoting immor

Kenneth Miller , a Mennonite pastor who helped a woman and her daughter flee the country in 2009 to avoid court-ordered visitations with the girl's lesbian "mother," has   ended his appeal   against a 27-month federal prison sentence and will be required to begin his term on March 1. Lisa Miller and her daughter Isabella are believed to have flown from Canada to Nicaragua in late 2009 after Kenneth Miller drove them to the Canadian border . Kenneth Miller was convicted of "aiding an international kidnapping" in 2012 but was allowed to remain free while he appealed the sentence. " God allows hardships and trials to make us into the image of His Son. THAT'S GOOD. So if this time in prison makes this poor sinner a little more like Jesus, it will be good and I will be happy,"   wrote   Kenneth Miller in response to his impending imprisonment. "We are not discouraged or depressed about the future, because God is in the future and we
