The Accelerating Acceptance survey from the LGBT media monitoring organization, GLAAD recently uncovered a dramatic drop in "LGBT acceptance" among young adults aged 18–34.  Taken aback, LGBT activists immediately laid the blame on "an increase in hateful rhetoric in our culture", but a more likely explanation is that the consequences of the LGBT movement have come home to roost, and the resulting effects on women's rights, child health, and First Amendment protections are just too glaring to ignore. The 2019 Accelerating Acceptance Report asked American adults how comfortable they would be in a variety of social interactions with LGBT-identified people. Despite nonstop promotion from corporations, the mainstream media, the entertainment industry, and progressive politicians, a new set of polls seems to indicate that younger people are growing increasingly uncomfortable with the growing extremism of the LGBTQ movement. Additionally, as the movement shifts into the post-gay "marriage" era and begins to radicalize around gender fluidity, transgenderism, and the rejection of science in favor of self-identification, many of those who were neutral or supportive are deciding that this is where they get off the train. The statistics are genuinely surprising. According to the annual  Accelerating Acceptance report , the number of youth between the ages of 18 and 34  who are  “comfortable interacting with LGBTQ people” dropped from 53% in 2017 to 45% in 2018, which is already a decrease from 63% in 2016. Especially surprising is the fact that this is the only age group that is growing more uncomfortable with the LGBTQ movem

There has always been one end-game for the radical left: the silencing of dissenting voices, in particular, conservative Christian voices. The radical left is not simply interested in winning in the marketplace of ideas. It is not simply interested in changing hearts and minds. It is ultimately interested in silencing the opposition, especially all opposition that is based on a biblical worldview. For years I have said that those who came out of the closet (meaning, radical gay activists) wanted to put us in the closet (meaning those of who identify with conservative biblical values). And for years I (and many others) have documented this, time and time again. You might wonder how the radical left wants to silence us. How, exactly, does it want to put us in the closet? By intimidation. By ridicule. By legal action. By expulsion. By exclusion. Anything to avoid civil, respectful debate. Anything to avoid a genuine discussion of differences. Anything to avoid true dialogue.

Acceptance of “LGBT” people – which had experienced a dramatic upswing in recent years – has peaked and begun to decline according to a report unveiled by the LGBT media advocacy group GLAAD . Pro-family and conservative leaders said Disney Junior's latest cartoon promoting same-sex "marriage" to preschoolers is another example of how far left the company has gone. They said it's another reason for parents to be concerned about media aimed at their children.
