Police stand by as activists threaten to burn down UK church over pastor calling out homosexual sin

Image
It all began when pastor Joshua Williamson of Newquay Baptist Church posted on social media that it was 'wonderful news' that a local Pride celebration had been canceled. Pink News, an online LGBT “news” outlet, has been frequently called out by none other than gay commentator Douglas Murray as a trashy hate rag primarily focused on grievance-peddling. All of that is true, but the most obvious attribute of those writing for the site is an utter lack of self-awareness. On September 8, for example, they published an attack on 34-year-old Joshua Williamson of Newquay Baptist Church under the headline: “Hateful preacher insists there’s no such thing as a gay Christian while thanking God for canceling Pride.” Williamson’s sin (and it’s important to note that these activists do believe in sin, they’ve just flipped the script) is a social media post noting that Cornwall Pride in the UK had been canceled with the comment “Wonderful news!”  When someone asked him why he’d posted this,

Christian doctor sues UK gov’t after he was fired for refusing to use transgender pronouns

Image
A Christian doctor is asking the British government to allow him to use pronouns for his patients that match their biological sex. Dr. David Mackereth, who was fired by Britain’s Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) because he did not address so-called “transgender” claimants by their pronouns of choice, said after appearing before a tribunal on Tuesday that he wants "the right to practice medicine as a Christian doctor." The father of four claims that DWP is in breach of the Equality Act and his right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. He had been with the National Health Service for 26 years. Dr. Mackereth, 56, said using “transgender pronouns” violates his conscience. In 2018, he told The Telegraph, “I believe gender is defined by biology and genetics. And that as a Christian the Bible teaches us that God made humans male or female.” He said he fears that Britain’s Equality Act 2010 endangers free speech for Christians. According to DWP, Macke

Muslims force pro-LGBT lessons to shut down after pulling hundreds of kids from UK school

Image
Progressives in the United Kingdom are learning the first of what may be a series of uncomfortable lessons: Not all of the immigrants they champion share their values.  In Birmingham, The Guardian reported this week, a programme to teach British primary school children about LGBT issues at Parkfield community school was shut down after 600 students were withdrawn by parents angry that their children were being “brainwashed” by lessons that were undermining their parental rights and “aggressively promoting homosexuality.”  The vast majority of the parents were Muslim, although the school refused to confirm the precise number of children that were pulled. Assistant Head Andrew Moffat, who is in a gay civil partnership, was accused by parents of attempting to promote his own personal views on LGBT issues to children via the “No Outsiders” programme.  FOUR-YEAR-OLD KIDS INDOCTRINATED IN LGBT SIN Children between the ages of four and eleven were read books such as Mommy, M

Muslims halt pro-gay curriculum in UK school by gay Headmaster

LGBTQ lessons have been halted at the Parkfield Community School in Birmingham, England, following weeks of controversy and backlash from angry Muslim parents. The move came after 600 students, about 80% of the school population, were reportedly yanked out of class by furious Muslim parents who objected to having LGBTQ ideology “aggressively” taught to primary school children. The "No Outsiders" curriculum has been suspended until after Easter at the school while consultations with parents continue. Pupils were taken from class, according to Alum Rock Community Forum , because the curriculum was “undermining of parental rights and aggressively promoting homosexuality.” Parents have objected especially to the gender identity portion of the curriculum. The trustee board of Excelsior Multi Academy Trust, which operates the school, confirmed in a letter that LGBTQ lessons would be halted until the end of April. The letter called on parents to ask children about "No Outsid

UK study shows massive surge in deadly STDs among gay men

Image
A steep jump in cases of two deadly sexually transmitted diseases in the UK has been found among homosexual men, a new study says. Figures from the Public Health England (PHE) indicate the increase in cases of syphilis and gonorrhea among homosexual males rose considerably higher than that of the general population, prompting health experts to say the problem must be a public health priority and that this is likely just “the tip of the iceberg.” While the study showed a slight dip in sexually transmitted diseases overall, the impact of the diseases remains the greatest among young people under 25, and in particular homosexual men, bisexual men and other men who have sex with men. “The stats published today show that too many people are getting STIs,” said Doctor Gwenda Hughes, head the PHE department that oversees STDs. “Reducing this spread must be a public health priority. We are particularly concerned about the large rises in diagnoses among gay men.” This concern was repeated by

UK schools to host ‘Drag Queen Story Time’ for students as young as two

Image
Starting tomorrow, men dressed as women will be reading stories to children as young as two at a chain of London nursery schools. The London Early Years Foundation has “teamed up” with “ Drag Queen Story Time” to “connect children and drag queens through the art of storytelling and fun interactive events,” according to the chain’s press release. Drag Queen Story Time (DQST) is the brainchild of Bristol ’s Thomas Canham, a 25-year-old inspired by New York City’s Drag Queen Story Hour. When the producers of American television show “ RuPaul’s Drag Race ” tweeted news of the New York program, Canham tweeted back, “Why can’t we have something like this in the UK ?” To his surprise, the producers wrote back suggesting he start his own group. Canham, described as a “call centre employee” and as a “law student,” launched his Drag Queen Story Time project in May. He set up a Crowdfunder campaign to buy storybooks and pay for mandatory police checks on volunteers. He recruited aro

Court: Student can be expelled for calling gay ‘marriage’ a sin on Facebook

Image
A Christian student who was expelled from university after posting on Facebook in support of Biblical teaching on marriage and sexual ethics has lost his case in a judicial review of the university’s decision. Felix Ngole was studying for an MA in Social Work at Sheffield University . In 2015 he made comments using his personal Facebook account on the story of the American registrar Kim Davis who was imprisoned after conscientiously refusing to register same-sex marriages . Felix expressed his Christian beliefs on the issue and argued that:  "same sex marriage is a sin whether we like it or not. It is God’s words and man’s sentiments would not change His words".  He was asked where in the Bible it says that same-sex marriage is wrong, and he quoted various passages to demonstrate this. Felix Ngole and wife Sipepelo Nearly two months later, Felix received an email from a university official informing him that his Facebook comments were being investigated. He was

Parents pull children out of pro-LGBT school. Now they’re getting hate mail

Image
ISLE OF WIGHT, England  — The UK parents who pulled their two young sons from a Church of England school because of a government-funded push to normalize “ transgenderism ” have faced continued contempt for speaking out. Nigel and Sally Rowe have received hate mail and been the subject of intense public criticism since voicing their concerns publicly. Sally Rowe said she is “scared stiff” from the campaign of hate being conducted against them, the  Daily Mail   reported , and she is terrified for her family’s safety. “This transgender agenda is almost like a trendy thing that’s infiltrating schools, and if you don’t subscribe to it you are a bully,” Sally said. “The hatred we’ve received is ... is … ” Struggling to get her words out, she said, “This is painful for us, really painful. We’ve been so churned up. This is our community, our friends and now ... now … ” Sally Rowe’s phone has chimed with nasty texts in the wake of the couple going public and bringing legal a

UK redefined marruage - now LGBTQ lobby more militant

Image
Four years ago, amid much uncertainty, 400 British members of parliament voted to redefine marriage in the United Kingdom . Then prime minister David Cameron announced that, despite having made no mention of the issue in his party’s pre-election manifesto, it would be MP ’s who decided the fate of marriage. Now, it’s Australia’s turn to choose. There’s one key difference. Unlike in Britain, it will be the people who decide. Everyone agrees, whether they admit it or not. This is a decision of enormous significance. Therefore, it seems sensible to analyse the consequences of the potential change, within nations in which redefinition has previously been carried out. In the United Kingdom, it has become abundantly clear that redefinition has affected many people, across many spheres. At first glance, these spheres appeared distinct from marriage redefinition. However, subsequent changes, have proved that they are entirely intertwined. Gender: Current Conservative Prime Minister, T

UK government cracking down on ‘homophobic, transphobic’ social media posts

Image
A top prosecutor for the British government warned in a new article that it will crack down on "online hate crime " committed by "those in the UK who hold extreme views" on "sexuality" and "gender." Alison Saunders , director of public prosecutions for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) , wrote in The Guardian , "whether shouted or tweeted, prejudice devastates lives." Policing Internet speech could be one solution for the questions of "how societies might do more to prevent such opinions from gestating in the first place," Saunders wrote. "An increasing proportion of hate crime is now perpetrated" online, wrote Saunders. CPS "commits to treat online hate crimes as seriously as those committed face to face." A follow-up article in The Guardian said CPS has a new policy that will "cover different strands of hate crime: racist and religious; disability; and homophobic, biphobic and transphobic . T
