Earlier this month, the private office of Australian Marriage Forum President David van Gend was the  target of vandals  who spray-painted the word ‘Bigot’ across the building’s edifice. Despite cautions from Australian Marriage Equality to ‘not jump to conclusions about the perpetrator’, it’s hard to believe that van Gend was targeted for any reason other than his opposition to same-sex marriage. When you don't have a logical argument based on history, moral law, or biological law you tell an emotional story.  When God's law does not change you try to tell an emotional story to engage a persons emotions that seek to over-rule the laws of God , the laws of the land and common sense. You dress up your story and try to appeal to the heart in order to be accepted. All logic goes out the window. If murderers, paedofiles, people smugglers tried this approach people would laugh, but shows like Glee, Will and Grace constantly play this emotional fiddle. Fre

Despite the talk that the upper house would pass the legislation, MPs voted against it in strength in Legislative Council on Thursday afternoon. The point is this is the 11th attempt by various individuals and extreme parties to push through and legalize immoral homosexual marriage and each time common sense and morality has succeeded. Independent MP Alex Greenwich, who devised this immoral bill, should realize the civil unions and not marriage should be his goal instead of trying to force his immoral values upon the entire nation. Mr Greenwich, who is the member for Sydney in the lower house and therefore did not participate in the vote, said it was the first time Coalition MPs had voted in a same sex marriage bill in Australia. SYDNEY,– Australian school children are to be told that heterosexuality is not the norm, according to a new education department pilot program called “Proud Schools.” “ Heterosexism ” is one of the evils that the Proud Schools program is intended to stamp out, along with “homophobia and transphobia,” education officials have said. According to the minutes from the Proud Schools steering committee on March 22, 2011, the program focuses on reversing “the dominance of heterosexism rather than on homophobia.” The program defines “heterosexism” as the practice of “positioning heterosexuality as the norm for human relationship,” according to the Proud Schools Consultation Report. “It involves ignoring, making invisible or discriminating against non-heterosexual people, their relationships and their interests. Heterosexism feeds homophobia.” The committee suggested that teachers must monitor the playground in order to stamp out “heterosexist” language among children in out-of-class hours.
