NSW Australia Parliament halts free speech

Image
NSW Australia. The NSW parliament introduced unworkable new legislation will create a new offence in the Crimes Act of publicly threatening or inciting violence against people on the grounds of race, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics or HIV/AIDS status, including a maximum penalty of three years imprisonment and a fine of $11,000. The LGBT lobby considers all negative comments as vilification. Does this mean, any form of communication, comments on blogs, public comments in Churches, public conversations or conduct observable by the public, as well as the distribution or dissemination of any matter, will become illegal if it vilifies those groups? The Gay lobby is happy to silence any and all objections to the unnatural, immoral and sinful lifestyle choices of homosexuals. They can threaten people, take them to court even if their applications fail they have achieved fear in those who object to the sin of homosexuality. LGBT are now see

Same-sex marriage bill: Christians vow to fight on if High Court allows equality in ACT

Lyle Shelton , managing director of the Australian Christian Lobby , said he was optimistic the court would overturn the marriage equality law. Mr Shelton said if the court ruled the ACT law was found to be constitutional Australia would be left ''with a hodge-podge of marriage laws''. ''Now that is not in the nation's interest and something would need to be done to get us back to a state of uniform marriage laws,'' he said. The Federal Parliament has the power to overturn territory laws and should do so immediately. Mr Shelton said homosexual marriage bills had been rejected by the federal, NSW, South Australian and Tasmanian parliaments. This is a clear signal to the community. In France and Hawaii immoral homosexual marriage was pushed through against huge public protests. In New York, the Mayor paid off Republican members to vote for homosexual marriage, but these Republicans have since lost their seats due to public backlash. Shelton said if

Immoral Homosexual Marriage defeated in NSW

Despite the talk that the upper house would pass the legislation, MPs voted against it in strength in Legislative Council on Thursday afternoon. The point is this is the 11th attempt by various individuals and extreme parties to push through and legalize immoral homosexual marriage and each time common sense and morality has succeeded. Independent MP Alex Greenwich, who devised this immoral bill, should realize the civil unions and not marriage should be his goal instead of trying to force his immoral values upon the entire nation. Mr Greenwich, who is the member for Sydney in the lower house and therefore did not participate in the vote, said it was the first time Coalition MPs had voted in a same sex marriage bill in Australia. This is because Mr O'Farrel ha

NSW and immoral homosexual agenda

English: Barry O'Farrell in 2010. Cropped picture. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) A NSW Liberal politician who supports gay marriage but out of sync with Federal Liberal policies, has said he is ''grateful'' to Premier Barry O'Farrell for setting up an inquiry that yesterday incorrectly cleared the way for NSW to introduce a bill to legalise immoral homosexual. Liberal member for Coogee, Bruce Notley-Smith  then tried to claim that this was democracy and not a minor group seeking to impose its immorality on the rest of the nation. NSW could become the first Australian state to legalise immorality and force homosexual marriage. A group of MPs from across the left and immoral Green spectrum have redrafted a Same Sex Marriage Bill that will be introduced in the upper house of the NSW parliament in the next session. Mr O'Farrell has promised a conscience vote on the issue, and is the first Liberal leader to do so and most likely will regret doing so. '
